A supermarket that had been established since early nineties / late eighties. Used to come here with my mom and dad when I was little. Quite extensive varieties of fresh groceries, local and imported daily needs products are available here. It is an upscale supermarket, the prices is more expensive compared to lotte and Carrefour.

The Hero advertising song played over and over again is like torture. I wanted to get out as fast as possible. Not sure if this is supposed to be a marketing strategy but it is not working! Tried to explain to the staff but they just laughed. I love this supermarket but cannot go back until the music is changed.

A nice imported bookstore with a nice little coffee shop inside. The collection is less than the one at Pondok Indah Mall, but the ambiance to read in this place is better. Worth a visit!

Great shop for change. Usually shopping in competitors but this place is good too. I found some items I don't get in Carrefour. Unluckyly, the place is so much smaller than competitors.

This supermarket provides the most complete household goods. The location is easily accessible and the service is very fast and friendly.

Great store! Fresh produce! Excellent brand selection! They even have a red and white liquor section. Everything you might need in one location.

Always there since 90's. Nearest from home. Complete selections of groceries. Fresh clean and neat grocery store. Local & imported foods available

A good place to shop. The supermarket is located inside the Kemang Club Villa area, which is a pet friendly complex, so sometimes you will see dogs or cats around. The alleys inside the supermarket are very narrow, fit for just two trolleys. I like that this Hero has a corner devoted for cookies and a rack filled with all types of marshmallows.

A good place for grocery shopping. A wide variety of fresh produce and popular international products. A little on the pricey side.

What I love from this supermarket is wise selection of meats in reasonable price. Tho most of the goods are expensive. Cramp parking lot. Friendly services from the staffs. Avoid getting here during heavy rain, oftenly 180cm flash flood strikes in no time.

Price wise it's a bit more expensive than other Hero, but more or less in the same range with Ranch Market or Kem Chicks. Selection of produce is not bad. Can do with a better range of imported goods considering it's in Kemang. Staff are mostly loyal staff from way back when, and they're friendly and warm to customer.
