The place is a bit small, so it is pretty crowded. Good service most of the time, but not so when you're filling Pertamina Dex or Pertamax Turbo on the "special pump". I waited for 8 minutes until the employee came to serve me, and it's always like that all the time, especially when you're on a motorcycle

This SPBU is owned by Pertamina, it offers better service comparing with the other SPBU
