We arrived at 4:30PM (1.5 hours before closing time) and was disappointed to be turned away as staff suddenly decided they wanted to shut early since there weren’t other visitors.
I was quite sad as two of my friends travelled from overseas and won’t catch another opportunity to go back here.
Tip: Perhaps could be avoided by calling before heading there, to check if they close for “lack of visitors”.

The Display is beautiful but doesn't match the price as it is too limited (few to see) it's just 15 minutes to cover.

Well manage but prefer 3D on the floor instead on walls. Lots of nature can be 3D too...

I came from bintulu to see the insides of this museum and was kinda disappointed (i'm sorry). I seriously thought that the WHOLE building was the museum. Turns out it was only one floor of the building. As i walked inside, there were murals, replica of dayak's house & brooke's office & local food display. The insides were actually quite nice (but could be better if the whole building is the museum). Seems there's something missing. Hope they add new features in the future. Btw, entrance fee is RM19 for local adult. I wish i can see more of the 'house' museum in the future 👀

There are 3D paintings, and some designed photography scenes for fun. Generally, the experience is fun. But, don't expect any polite staff walking around, they are more like security wardens to monitor you don't spoil the things. On top of it, the entrance fee is very expensive and I personally think it doesn't worth that price with what's inside.
RM19 - Malaysian adults
RM15 - Malaysian children and senior citizens (3 years old below is free)
Price different for foreigners

Only if you want to go there to take picture of yourself with Kuching’s iconic stuff.
This is not the place to go if you want to find out more about the history and culture of Kuching. They offer lots of pop-up pictures for you to take photos with short write ups. Was done walking the place within 20 mins.

The items displayed were okay. But not so much to see. The staffs are helpful though in taking pics 👍

Cool architecture from outside. Nothing much to see inside, just a "3D museum" with a few sculpture and painting here and there. Not worth the price.

It is the worst con job...a disgrace to sarawakians!
No display of entrance tickets at the museum and a mere 2-min tour costs an adult rm19(thanks to mycard!) and rm15/child....
No loss for no-visit for those who have not visited, no return for those who have visited....no deserving star, merely compelled by the site!!!!
Fyi....penang 3d museum, rm3/pax for the four-storey exciting attractions!

不错的体验,只是不够多东西拍照。只是门票有点贵。如果有向导带领解说就更棒了。
