Feeding time is between 9 to 10 and 2 to 3. The park will be closed after feeding time. The ticket is valid for 2 entries per day. If you missed the morning one, you can always come for the afternoon feeding session. The feeding platform is about 5 minutes drive from the main gate. By foot it will take about 30 minutes from the main gate to the feeding platform.

Absolutely amazing. These are wonderful creatures. Magnificent.

If you go please be quiet, listen to the staff, do not provoke the animals (eg. Call them, snap your fingers, whistle). They are not your servant.

Back to nature. Those who love hiking, this is a perfect place.
We saw monkeys, wild boar in close distance. All kinds of flora and fauna is just nearby you.
They took us to see the rock which eroded by the sea water and the wind. They comes in many kind of shapes. Use your imaginations, you could see faces, animal, shapes...

Nature lovers should go

For a great wild life experience, Semenggoh is a must. Here you can observe the endangered orangutans found only in Malaysia and Indonesia as close As you can possibly get to them ever. The park has rescued orangutans that it has rehabilitated in the area. You can see the wild orangutans when they are fed twice a day. It is a once in a lifetime experience. Must visit place.

We saw 3 orangutans within minutes of arriving. The oldest female and one of the largest males..... Both with in feet of us. People arriving later would have missed them.. good paths, informative guides and displays.

Awesome place to see orangutans. A bit of a hike from the main road but well worth it. If getting a cab ask him drop you off at the top.

They have about 45 being cared for and rehabilitated and on a good day you can see 5 to 10.

But be warned if the fruits are in season you may see none as they just get food from the trees but most people in the week we were they saw 1 or 2 minimum.

Enjoy the forest and seeing the orang utan interact with each other. The caretakers display kindness and understanding, they really believe in what they are doing and care for nature. Worth going. Make sure you arrive early, before nine o'clock in the morning, or before three o'clock in the afternoon

There's only 28 orangutans here. They live in their natural habitat. They might come out, or might not. I only saw 4. But that was good enough for me.

good , waited long time but they didn't come out before lunch. At last it was good, kids were happy.

Plenty of Orangutan monkeys of all sizes, from baby to beast, can be seen living here enjoyably, thriving in their natural habitat.

Orang Utan rehab center. The place is very clean and comfy. Though its a rehab site, its still maintain the nature element. Feeding time is at 1100hrs and 1500hrs. You must meet Awang, the alpha male.

Saw few orangutans, even though the rangers said it is not guaranteed. Take the CPL bus K6 (4rm) from the western end of Jalan Masjid where there is a bus "terminal". Morning bus leaves 7.20 am and return 11 am which is plenty of time for you to enjoy the park. Pay the entrance fee where the bus drops you off, and then walk 15min on paved road from the bus stop to the feeding place.

Wast my time

I been there last year, I am not recommend to all guys please do not to this place in raining season it wast your time gorilla they not welcome you guys because they can find a lot of food in this season in the forest. I spend almost 2 hours waiting over there. Old guide told me that almost one or two months they not visit us.

Arrive early and you will experience routine life of Orangutans. Do not buy expensive organized tours. The place is easily accessible via public bus from main city.

Pretty far out of town, but great little stop. The orangutans are pretty awesome to watch swinging through trees or lazily eating bananas. We did it the morning before our 1 pm flight, which was perfect since we didn't have to go all the way back to town to reach the airport.

To spot the orangutan is based on luck. Sometimes they just didn't show up as the fruits already enough to feed them in the forest. They will come out when the feeder give food like banana, coconut or pineapple to them. Very valued opportunity to watch them live swing and climbing along the ropes.
