So wide... And has long escalator... It's good place to have food together with good friends or family. There is a clean mushollah as well.

The facility & service is one of the best here. But the number of the outlets isnt that many most of the fashion outlets r international brands. For food there r more local brands outlets compared to the fashion one even though not that many so u can still enjoy various kinds of foods in this mall. My favorite & recommended spot here is the restaurant in the one in XXI, the top floor outside👍

Ciputra World is a big mall with many choices of brands and department stores are comfortable. Diverse dining options, and suitable for the family mall. Food courts are spacious and comfortable for families to spend their time.

Ciputra World bersih dan sepi.. enak buat jalan2.. seperti di singapura mall.. apalagi bagian lantai atas...kayak tidak beratap.. Bagus untuk jalan2 bagi keluarga . toilet bersih. dan banyak.. sayang jauh....

Best mall in Surabaya! At least for me. This place has a wide walkway, branded shops, and cozy atmosphere for a mall. I love this mall best than the other mall located in Surabaya as this mall is not so crowded, unlike several popular mall in Surabaya. Me and my girl could spend hours in this place. Oh! One more thing, the premiere cinema here is awesome! Thank me later.

Relatively new mall in Surabaya. Nice building and atmosphere. Tenants are middle up. Didn't get too crowded with people which I like.

Mall dengan konsep yang ditujukan pada kalangan menengah keatas, didalmnnya sangat bagus, stand nya juga banyak, dan hampir tidak ditemui kios yang tutup. Kebersihannya sangat baik, jarang bahkan tidak ada sampah berserakan, atau berada di pojok pojok ruangan. Di hall juga ada beberapa pameran, jadi tidak melulu sepi mallnya. Parkiran juga tidak susah. Lokasi untuk menuju parkiran mobil dan motornya emang sedikit membingungkan, tapi akan terbiasa kalau sudah sering ke ciputra world ini sendiri

Comfy place to hang out but i often lose data signal here unless you find a cafe with a wifi. The staff say so. Cell signals are on and off here.

Let me start with their service. The service was really nice! They treat their customers like king and queens. The manager was really helpful and agile throughout the dinner, he made sure his customers had the best dining experience. But, the taste of the food is rather not quite satisfying. Compared to the price we had to pay for the all you can eat buffet, foodwise, it wasn't worth it. I could see they use only a very good quality of food ingredients, but I didn't really like the taste. Well, it wasn't bad..it was okay; However, I expected something more from this 5-star hotel. Still, the dining place, ambiance, service, hygiene, and luxury, were really great !

One of big malls in Surabaya. Many kinds of foods which is in 3rd floor. We can reach it by using one escalator in the left side from main lobby.
The security is friendly so I felt enjoy shopping on it. Any movie studio, fun world for children, supermarket in base ground, and also rest room which is clean.
The design of this mall always follow the event of the year.

Got a very big and luxury mall. Good food and sold a very good quality stuff there.
The hotel was very nice place, got a luxury room even for single room. Nice bathroom and had a comfortable bed. Got a. Nice lounge and bar. And of course its very expensive because its 5* hotel

Mall yg nyaman. Banyak pilihan resto dan tempat bermain bagi anak. Ada playground juga. Cocok utk libur keluarga.
Banyak toko merk2 ternama dunia.
Akses dari jalan juga mudah.
Area parkir cukup luas, namun agak membingungkan bagi orang yg pertama berkunjung, karena ad area parkir utk hotel, apartemen dan mall

Great shopping centre, apartment n hotel. But if you want to go to this mall on weekends, consider using taxi or online taxi.
Have a couple branded store. At the 3rd level, there is a foodcourt and restaurants with a different atmosphere from other mall in surabaya.
At the LG level, there is a hypermarket, and also watson n guardian. The toilets is clean n free of charge. XXI and premier movie theater.

What I really like most is... parking your car is never a problem there. The mall is quite big yet complete. I did expect a store like ACE hardware to be exist there, It would be perfect

nice place to spent time with friend and families at South Surabaya. Near Shangrilla Hotel and Java Paragon Hotel. Easy to access and good parking facilities.

CW has the longest escalator in southeast asia. it has a length from the bottom floor directly to third floors so it means the length of this escalator approximately 12m. extraordinary design and not inferior to the Mall in Jakarta. This is because the developer is already familiar in the world of property.

It's a great mall if you only here for things that you are certain of, like do groceries, eat, for coffee, or movie...not the type of shopping mall. Many stores are closed this past months

Great one stop superblock. 5 stars Hotel, apartment, and shopping mall. The building is nice with a lot of artistic decoration (chandelier, statues, water fountain, etc).
Parking is spacious, and the tariff is flat (IDE 8K per one entry). Really nice if you spend a lot of time there.

Hotel is great. Super nice staff, clean and silent rooms, great breakfast. Mall connected to the hotel is pretty convenient. Nice shops and food choices. Good for spending a couple of hours or a day. A bit noisy though, and cold (from AC) in some places.

Clean, good ambience, great AC (cold sometimes), luxurious mall too.. also a lot of choice for food (there are many restaurant and have a foodwave foodcourt)

Hotel is new, clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. It is connected to a mall so it is very convenient to get your next meal. The only minor downside is the swimming pool is a little too small.

This mall having all kind of branded stuff ..So prices are also like that....If you re looking something economic store...This mall is not for you..Food is good every weekend you can find faishon ramp walk shows..Good place to visit..

Good place for shopping and hangout, there are many restaurants and cafe there, but the parking lot is too small for cars at weekend, and they still building new facilities (in progress).. Let's see how good they are after build progress finished

One of the favorite malls in Surabaya. It got luxurious tenants on the ground floor, continued by generic and daily needs. Also, it has a hypermarket. Ciputra world is spacious the interiors projects a good vibe, the parking lot are sufficient and easy.

Ciputra World Surabaya is the most captivating shopping mall in the west area of Surabaya. Its grandeur design, nice site planning and tenants always success to amaze me. From international cafe like Starbucks to local delicacy like Porong Wei this place has it all. The only thing that downgrades my opinion is the road surrounding this mall always inundated by flood when rain.

A new shopping mall which sells more luxurious stuff compared to Tunjungan Plaza. Easier to get car park as well. They have 1 floor on L4 full with cafes, restaurants & food court.

Great mall to hang out with friends. Watch movies, sip a cup of coffee, eat great cakes even have dinner. Almost serve all kind of foods here. From fancy japanese to local delight. Kids have their own place also to spend their time playing. Quite complete with hypermarket and even barber shop.

Lots of places to shop and eat. They have various brands, from the expensive to the cheap one. For those who go here by taxi, you will need to pay the parking fee as well since there's no special entrance for drop off only.

Ciputra World is a luxurious mall. It has high ceiling, with good choices of place to shop. If you need to eat, head over to the third floor. There you will find a food court and various restaurants serving various meals which are mostly yummy.
If you need to shop, you can visit the shops, or the department store, Metro.
