Pertama kali cobain nonton 4D. Kirain filmnya juga bakalan 3D. Ternyata enggak, cuma kursinya aja yg goyang2. Selain kursinya yg goyang ada efek angin sama airnya juga. Layarnya juga (termasuk kecil). Cuman agak g seperti ekspektasi aja yg kirain bakalan wow karena uda 3D kursinya goyang lagi, ternyata cuman kursi aja. Jadi berasa nonton bioskop biasa tapi kursi goyang kanan kiri depan belakang, bergetar. Awal2 sih it's ok, tapi kok lama2 berasa annoying juga ya, nonton jd g begitu nyaman (buat saya). Saran aja sih, kl layarnya g 3D mending nonton yg biasa aja. Tp kalau mau ngerasain sensasi digoyang2 pas nonton boleh dicoba

Theater, theater, theater... Amazing place to have watching movies. Beautiful place. Maybe the ticket prize more expensive than XXI, but, the facility that give to you is great. Have a nice movie!

Very good place to watch a movie with your partners or family. It's support online ticket so you can book your seat easily. The food is cheaper than the other cinemas in Surabaya

Cozy place to watch movies. The waiting space is good enough. The beverages and snacks as another place, costly. But overall the hall of the theater is good enough to experience your movie. Don’t forget that this movie theater its position almost accessible from anywhere at Surabaya.

Sudah sering nonton di sini.. overall memuaskan 😊.. lebih nyaman dari xxi.. Interiornya lebih homey.. popcornnya lebih enak yg makarel.. cm saya heran kok loket antrian khusus tiket selalu tutup, beli tiket selalu di loket food n beverages.. toilet bersih dan harum.. keren banyak foto2 public figure.. lounge nya jg nyaman untuk duduk2.. cm wifi agak lemot di sini..

Good place to hangout. Clean restroom but not kids friendly. They have CGV cinemas to watch newest and korea movie there. A lot of indoor and outdoor seating cafe. If you want to do grocery shopping, you can go to Lotte mart. They have only one ATM BCA inside and out of service when I went there.

CGV is always be our first choice for watching premiere movie in town. Why? They provide online presale ticket and you just need to come on the "D-day" and print your tickets on computer provided. It's so easy. Although we really like foods provided here, but to be honest, we need to consider the price. It's a bit high for foods that enjoyed in a movie theatre. And, probably they can provide food's promo, like they used to have in the past. Overall, CGV provide wonderful movie experience!

The only cinema chain in Surabaya that has 4DX studio. Aside from its various options of cinemas, this place offers a nice view. The most notable is its industrial style interior design. Very Instagrammable. The price is quite student-friendly. Don't forget to try its caramel popcorn. Extremely delicious. Totally recommended!

Tempat nontonnya Cozy, kalau ingin mencari Susana bioskop yg beda sama biasanya, tempat duduknya berasa anak muda banget Dan ketika didalam setudio today terlalu dekat dengan layar (meskipun Ada di depan sendiri) maka Bioskop CGV bisa di coba... Soal harga bersainglah dengan Bioskop sebelah... 😁

Nice place for watching movies. This Place offers Regular, Sphere X, and 4DX Studio. Time table can be access through CGV Apk, web cgv.id, Bookmyshow Apk, or Go-Tix menu on Gojek Apk.
Price start 35,000 rupiah regular studio weekday and 120,000 rupiah for 4DX on weekend. Don't forget, CGV offers popcorn with original salty, caramel, cheese, bbq, and many other snack with combo drink.
Merchandise Tumbler or Popcorn Bucket can be bought start 70,000 - 150,000 with combo (Snack / drink, with merchandise).
Payment with CGV Pay get disc 10% for snacks and sometimes double point rewards. Topup can get xtra points sometimes, so better use an Apk rather than others for regular, but for not members you can get cheaper price by bought using Go-Tix or Bookmyshow apk whenever there's an events or promos. There's sometimes payment with BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, BCA can get cheaper.
The sad 1 is restroom not too clean, but this place can offer us many good spot for photo shoot while alone, couple, or group.

Very cozy, modern and I love its self ticketing machine and the easiness to book. However I do really concers about how the ambience in the waiting room. It is quite dark and I just don't like it. That's why somehow I prefer to wait outside (infront of the self ticketing and popcorn zone).

The place is cozy & the interior design is nice. I found some of theather are SphereX type, means the movie screen is sphere. You can access from the 3rd floor

First time watched movie here gave me the worst experience ever, because of their third party internet ticketting provider got trouble, and gave a seat for two people. But then, they gave us compensation, free ticket to watch another movie. For their good service effort, I didn't gave up to this cinema. And then I tried to again to reserve a ticket from their mobile application. Well, until now, this cinema has its own magnet to me, to always watch movies here. The place is clean, the customer service representatives are humble and friendly, and their seats are comfortable.

Nice cinema with really comfy waiting room. Easy to book by online, not like the XXI cinema which need to make a deposit first if you want to book online

Very nice ambience who have industrial concept. I recomend for watching movie in sphereX or 4dx studio. This theater located at top floor in Marvell City mall. They have lounge for refresh before you watching movie. Available self service machine ticket. They have clean toilet. If you bring your children to waching movie in regular theater, they offer booster seat for free.

I'd love to stay here, the place is good somehow but not the theatre. I haven't try sphereX and 4DX theatre but I usually watch anime movie in studio 6. the screen is bit red and if the screen show black screen is npt really black. somehow my ocd feeling is tingling

It looks futuristic, they have a 4dx theater. Once seen a movie in 4dx you want nothing less afterwards.
It comes at price though.

Great atmosphere cinema comes with industrial design, provides various kind of movies, and i love the self ticketing machine. Unfortunately, it is better if they seperate the booth for tickets and snacks so the queue wont be long. ☺

Pros:
+ large variety of movie
+ nice decor
+ great cleanliness
Cons:
- Studios aren't soundproof, you can hear the sounds from next studio
- They still use dolby 7.1 instead of atmos
- Food & drink was ridiculously expensive
- Their ticket looks like a minimarket receipt, it can be easily torn & lost
For me who's used to watch in IMAX/XXI, it's pretty much disappointing, but if you're not expecting high standard in visual & audio, give it a try

Love this place. Atmosphere is better than 21 group cinemas. The seats and studios available are top notch. There are plenty morning showings, too.

Not to bad, lounges, food, drinks, the seat, and of course, the 3D screen, the nice part is the seat can be flat if you want, I try the SphereX and is super nice and the quality is 100% nice.

I usually don't really enjoy watching in a cinema. But I must admit that I quite enjoyed my experience watching "Jailangkung" there. Not bad... 👍👍👍

They give another sensation to enjoy a movie with awesome industrial look make you feel a good vibe. There's also self ticketing machine who's gonna make ur life easier hahaha 😘😘

CGV is superb, the place is clean because it's new I hope the management keeps it clean and the buying process is effective and efficient. It has multiple option of movie format like 4D which gives you a totally different experience, and Sphere X which uses a very wide format which made the screen immersive. In addition, CGV has unique collection of movies, Japanese , and Korean.
However, there are drawbacks, snacks are too expensive, also some Hollywood movies are deferred by the unique movies mentioned because the distributor of the movie doesn't sell to CGV, only to XXI.

The only place to watch films like anime films or Asian films in Surabaya, this place has a cool atmosphere with industrial design, and a 4D cinema. One of the best place to watch movies. Tips: if you want to skip the queue, I suggest make a CGV membership, and you'll be able to book your tickets from home or from the automatic ticketing counter

One of the best Cinema in town, it is clean, it has a good movie theme in it. Movies are alos not that expensive and not crowded. I love the 4dx

I really like this cinema. It offers non-mainstream movies, the interior and exterior design is excellent, and very friendly staffs. Unfortunately the seating was not as comfortable as XXI cinemas. Oh, and SphereX is not worth the extra IDR 5000.
