Ordered 2 crabs. One was about 800g and the other was only 500g. Sweet and sour style crabs. The bill came to RM138/= !
It was on the high side. A let down.
Ordered 10 small buns to go with the crabs.
Ordered one seaweed tofu soup but came with overwhelming factory manufactured fish cake which were tasteless.
Ordered one bowl of rice.
Ordered one coconut which was old like my grandfather.
Total bill a whooping RM169/= for 2 adults & 2 kids.

You have not much choice of Chinese food during lunch in PD. 'Lam Cheong' fried eggs, salted egg sotong, pork belly with four tiny 'man tao' and 12pc 'Yong Tao Foo'. 4 dishes cost us RM105.

Good food with very reasonable prices. Homemade tofu was excellent, but the kam heong lala was a bit of a let down.

Homecooked goodness here. Very friendly owner. Had the most awesome salted egg yolk crab here (1kg rm78 seasonal price) . Will definitely come back for more!!!! Also ordered kam heong lala (ok ok) , sweet potato leaves (ok ok) , oyster egg (ok ok) , sweet n sour pork (thumbs up!!) 4 rice n 1 pot of tea total rm171.70 for 4 pax

My friend recommended this restaurant to me. Their family dined there 3 days in a row during their holiday trip and so I had to check the place out myself.
Arrived at 6.50pm on a Saturday, a tad earlier before dinner crowd comes in.
Ordered their specialty - coconut prawns in Tomyam soup, salted egg squid, kam heong lala and ching loong choi (green dragon vegetable).
Food was served in 15 minutes.
Overall dishes are fresh and tasty, and portions are good.
Price is reasonably cheap.

Still wondering why this place is crowded???
Ate most of their signature dishes but i was disappointed.only the black pepper crab was nice.certain dish is expensive and not worth it to try....the owner was very friendly but not gonna go there anymore

Black pepper crab is good. Fish and tofu so so only. Tomyam soup taste so bad. Quite expensive and have to wait for food so long. Ordinary food only but dont know why the shop is crowded.

Unique coconut tomyam prawn. However the price is similar to KL. RM75 for 3pax of coconut tomyam prawn, salted egg sotong & sweet potato leaf

Friendly service, food tasted ok but I find it pricey... Two small crabs (total 1kg- RM88), 6 small buns (mantous), a plate of salted egg prawns (small to medium sized prawns), fried potato leaves, Seremban omelette, salted vege taufu soup, 4 herbal teas....rm183...for 4 adults and 2 young children below 7.

We have lunch here. Quality of food are good and taste. Conditioning place is mild hot. Need to wait at least 30min during busy hours.

It has a wide selection of Chinese food. We had Sweet & Sour Fish with Fried Rice. The serving was fast and the food was delicious. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Though the prices are a bit too high.

We ate at the restaurant on the eve of christmas (deemed peak season).
Pax : a total of 13 of us
Dishes : fish, crab, prawn, squid
The customer service was good. We were well taken cared of. But, the food did not live up to the reviews of this restaurant. It wasnt the best but was an average. The price we paid was an average RM 30/person. To me, it seemed expensive since I've had cheaper seafood of greater taste. Taking all of these into account, i would honestly (heart crossed) give a rating of 2.5 / 5.

Good selection of Chinese Food. The tom yum prawn served inside a coconut is their specialty. Price is slightly higher if compared to similar type of restaurants. But the food quality is good and is worth the price.

Food is fresh and some vegetables are grown right next to the restaurant. Pricing is reasonable. However, two minor complains are the quality of the rice used and the sweet and sour fish texture (the batter absorb too much of the sauce making it soggy and relatively mushy) although it is fresh. I would return to this place again... Recommended!

The lady was rude to us with abusive words, order was not according to its menu and can't even produce a receipt for what we paid. The chargers are higher than other restaurants. Please don't go there

3 years ago we stayed at Port Dickson for 3 months. Without much to spend so we went around P.D to find the best food for the less that we have. Luckily we went to Xiwang and they do cater for that. We told them how much we had and what is the best they can come up with. Xiwang always satisfied our thirst for good seafood.
Today, 3 years later, when we come back, they still remember us even with what less we had before. Today we had the best dishes that we haven't tasted anywhere else before, prawns cooked in coconut juice (not coconut milk), a little soury and a little spicy but with full of delicious prawn tastes. If you like good food, affordable price and honest & friendly family.. go to Xiwang!

Quite a nice found. Food is reasonably priced. 2 adults plus 1 kid with a full table of dishes cost us RM$91. We ordered a fish, sweet sour pork, oyster omelette, lala and a veg, oh forgetting the some drinks. Definitely over ordered.
I find the taste alright, but hubby likes it.
Do worth a visit!

one of the best and definitely the cheapest seafood restaurant around. the coconut prawn is a must-try!!!!
