Spacious suites, quite clean, but hick ups here and there. No Aircon in the living room, only fan. However bed rooms are installed with Air cons. The master bed room of suite no. 5 was constantly heated with the afternoon sun even with the curtains drawn, the Aircon did not help cool down the room. The Aircon seemed not powerful enough despite turning on to the max. After the sun went down, it was better.
Hotel is quite noisy due to constant passing aircrafts at certain hours till late night. Lovely pool, lovely staffs.The 2nd bed room smelled badly from the carpet and sewer from toilet. The staff immediately offered air freshener, that helped a bit.
Huge balcony, with outdoor furnitures, a good place to relax.
Location is a big minus for this property. There’s only a petrol station kiosk next door that sells drinks, snacks or cigarettes. Other than that get a Grab to travel around PD unless you drive. If you don’t drive, I would recommend other hotels with better locations.

This place kinda hard to locate as there is no sign pointing to the building. Very beautiful environment with a touch of modern design. The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast service is slow when there's a crowd.

Love this place. Good for chilling out especially family with kids. You have swimming pool right in front of the Villa. Definitely suitable for group gathering

I feel that the staff are more interested to chat with each other or on the phone. I came down for breakfast and saw the breakfast table was bare.
I went to ask them at the kitchen (no one attended the table) and I was told by the staff that what I see people eating is because they paid for it. (how rude..... It's not a question of money it's coz she told me the day before to come and eat there for breakfast)
I explained that there is not even bread left. She kept talking on the phone and brought some bread. She dumped the bread there, kept talking on the phone and didn't even realize we were all waiting for cutleries.
If this was my business this person will be fired on the spot.

The Villa is quiet, with a covered sitting area around the pool, so you can find suneshine and shade whichever is your preference. Free coffee, tea and biscuits all day. We got an upgrade, so we are staying in a villa with a living room. As someone commented earlier, it is true that the living room only has a fan, altgough it is not a problem at all. If you turn on the fan and the aircon in the bedrooms with open doors, the whole place cools down in no time. About another issue mentioned by someone here, we were surprised that we were asked for 200 ringgit deposit upon check in. Later, seeing pictures about how people sometimes leave their room behind and whitnessing a family throwing away beercans in and around the swimming pool, using the coffee station as the extention of their room leaving around rubbish and food remains..... Well, I have to admit, it is justified that they take deposit. As long as you leave the place in a reasoneable state and don't trash it like an animal or drunk rockstar would do, you are fine. Having children does not justify trashing other people's property. All together I was very happy with the place. The staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was clean and bigger than expected. The only negative we experienced was the beforementioned family overtaking the whole place and behaving like animals, but thats really not the host's fault. ( We spent Monday and Tuesday here, so it may be very different over the weekend)

Place is great with awesome room, pool and friendly staffs.. . But few key points.. No tv channels except local channels.. You can purchase add on channels even for a basic hbo or cartoon channels..You can't mess the room too much as they will charge you.. beware for those coming with kids..

I like the design, environment and free flow coffee. Nice and friendly staffs as well. The only thing we dont like is that the living room doesnt have an aircond. There is fan but it's far up bcz the ceiling is high. It was very hot especially in the afternoon (we were all showered in sweat). I'd certainly come again if there's an aircond at the living room.

The place is a bit exclusive and secured. If you have children, the swimming pool is really wonderful because they can swim right under your watchful eyes. The only drawback is the sitting room. The sofas not comfortable. The stairs to the first floor is too steep and without railing. It is not suitable for the elderly & children.

Modern and recently built, nice architecture and helpful staff. Not very easy to find transportation to other locations, restaurants etc. But when you do, its a great place to stay.

This place only suit for family, kids and group of friends. Totally not suit for couple . When the timing is kids school holiday can be say nightmare. Very noisy, no need clock alarm! My room is no.7 the shower head doesn't work.

A good place for private getaway from 1 family or multiple family up to 49 ppl with beds . Enjoying relaxing n big swimming pool.
