The place was very confusing at first though we reached by using the maps. At night there is no light on some of the roundabouts and no signal to guide u.The location is good .If u wish to book a hotel with breatfast then don't consider it as the only thing u will get for breakfast is bread and jam .It was peaceful and rooms were clean.If u r looking for a budget hotel for a family and good breakfast then this isn't for u.

Nice hotel. Suitable for a short stay For those r travelling from klia/klia2. Reception-Deva was very helpful n gave good information about the booking n also airport pick up. Pick up on time. Reasonable price but only little further from airport - 20mins drive. Overall good compare to other hotel at airport with high price with 2 stars facilities n service.

Cheap price with good room quality. Near shop area and restorant. Shuttle to and from airport provided.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
I had left my laptop in the room and the housekeeping personnel came...and my laptop was still there when I came back. I was impressed by this. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

This budget cost hotel is widely used as a transit for foreign n locals visitors. The hotel is okay overall. The staff are quite friendly and well versed in English. But the food for breakfast is too limited. I was expecting a varieties of choices but only two small trays of fried rice and a meehoon are available. With bread n butter and a toaster. Sugar n creams are provided also if visitors would like to add more sugar or creams. When asked to refill the meehoon, there is no more top ups for the fried rice and meehoon. Visitors complains but nothing was taken as for the improvement for this hotel. Management should have a suggestions box available upon visitors checking out from the hotel.

Pretty basic hotel that we thought to be handy from the airport. I recommend to use the capsules offered at the airport because if you add the cost of the taxi from to airport (if you wait for your next flight the day after) and the time you lose to travel to it, it might not be worth.

Bad place , dirty , only one card? Cmon dude , you gotta step it up and breakfast is free but bread won’t step up my day. Hey gotta give 1 more star for the shuttle bus for every hour :)

One of the best close-to-airport hotels! They have tidy reasonably sized rooms, fast wifi, convenient location, airport shuttle and hot shower. Above all, the staff is really friendly, they have the convenience of printing your tickets/ boarding pass, luggage weighing scale, flight info display all at no additional cost.
I slept through my stay this time. The next time I want to explore the town!

First, let me say I’m am an airline pilot and have traveled all over the world. I know what is a good and bad hotel. I know what is clean and dirty.
I stayed in room G16. All four walls had dirty stain, floor to ceiling. The floor between bed and tv (a very small space) has obviously NEVER been cleaned. The space above closet where luggage can go has NEVER been cleaned and thick with dust. The bathroom wall grout was covered in mould. Half way up the wall was an unidentifiable black smudge. The only clean things in entire room was bed, toilet, and sink. Rest was disgusting.
The “breakfast” that they advertise, and said at check in was bread products, was a loaf of white bread...still in its BAG. With jelly. At 730am when I went, the coffee machine was out of coffee. Already. And I had to point it out to staff to get refilled. That was all. A bag of bread. And jelly.
The “shuttle” was someone’s dirty filthy personal Honda car.
At check in I told staff that I was an airline pilot and showed my ID and requested a good room. This is what I got? Again, stay here at your own risk. It’s not even a cheap price. It’s the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in in my 53 years on this planet. Further, I left a note at check out complaining for the manager (no manager nor any sort of supervisory staff present at all at 9am on a Monday when I left) with my email, and no contact has been made 2 days later. So, here is my review.
Separate from the hotel, the cab from airport got lost for 90 minutes on what should be a 30 minute ride. Verify before getting into cab they have, or you have, GPS nav with coordinates of where you are going.

Nice hotel with comfortable room one night stay. It's about 25 mins drive from airport and taxi is quite expensive at 150 ringgit.

One of the WORST hotels ever. The housekeeper stole my personal toothbrush, toothpaste, shower foam, t shirt n shorts that i left in the room. When confronted the front desk, all they say is they r thrown away? Like super RIDICULOUS! You throw away guest stuff without asking?
DON'T STAY THERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE OR HAVE NOTHING FOR THEM TO TAKE.

Cold and hot water systems are poor. The water flow is very small. It takes a long long time to shower.
New towels are not washed to the guests, the results will not suck water.
The wool of the towel sticks to the whole body. This hotel is not recommended.
Need to improve.
