Showing its age
This hotel is not keeping up with the competition. From big things (dated design) to small things (no coffee machine in the room), it's just not as good anymore.
It's in need of a complete overhaul. At the least it will soon need a new paint job - corridors and rooms are starting to look a bit dreary.
My room was not very clean. Although daily cleaning was done, a deep clean had clearly been a while ago. There were lots of water stains on the shaving mirror, splashes on the door, lots of dust in places etc. In addition, my toilet seat was broken and grouting was missing in places in the shower.
Don't get me wrong, it's still a comfortable hotel - it's just starting to show its age.

Perfect hotel if you need somewhere to stay in KL the night before a flight. We landed from Langkawi around 2pm and our flight back to London was the next morning. There was a shuttle waiting in the airport just, after baggage reclaim, which loaded our bags and took us straight to the hotel check-in. From there we left for KL centre for sight-seeing, returning in the night for a recharge before our flight back. In the morning the porter collected our bags, loaded the shuttle and took us back to the airport ready for check-in. Couldn't have asked for more.

Stayed there for a night at their family room with 2 big large beds that can fit 3 adults on each bed. Clean and roomy. Great service but very pricey.

Best hotel for transiting. Come here at least once a year. So convenient for my elderly parents. Easy transport with the buggy.

We got upgraded to the premium suites for no added cost. The rooms here are huge. Service is great, way above normal standards.

Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Easy access to and from the airport.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Not sure how but we ended up with a premier room! The room itself was lovely and well decorated. The bathroom was a good size with large shower and separate bath. Smart technology - you only need to push a button to raise the curtains and blinds, turn on the lights etc... Lightening speed WiFi!
The pool area is lovely. The only problem was the mosquitoes so make sure you are protected. We got bitten quite a lot so went back to our room - it was late afternoon. The premier lounge was superb with free food and drinks including alcoholic drinks from 6pm to 8pm. We had breakfast in the lounge the following morning which was equally as good. The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport via a golf buggy. They also offer a VIP service to fast track you through immigration. We didn’t use this service and were only 20 minutes at immigration but that was at 6.30 in the morning so can’t comment on other times of the day. All in all a great hotel ;-)

Very nice hotel, modern and with all amenities. My only minor disappointment was that it was quite expensive for a day stay (flew in in the morning, flight home in the evening, needed rest because of health problems). I would have expected something cheaper, but was told that day rates only applied starting at 4pm or 5pm, which seems quite late for an airport hotel...

I stayed for 1 night 6 years ago and nothing has changed over this period. Carpet on the floor, toilets to be refurbished still. The best of all building is the decoration in the lobby. Swimming pool outside. Spa and boutiques s well a couple of restaurants/bars. So close to the airport.

One of the best airport hotels I've ever been. I call it Amazing experience. From food to the service, you will have an amazing experience. Close to so many food outlets in the airport and you can take a train to go to terminal 2 which has verity of food outlets and a nice shopping experience. 1 hour from city center and you can use train or bus to get there.

Too far from city, forcing most pax to use KLIA Ekspres train (10% off if buy ticket on their app). Not very busy at check-in, nice. Short walk to Immi, then short lines at security. Fly MH, use G gates, no need to ride AirTrain

This airport is more large than I thought.
Mainly I use the satellite terminal.
The train is running satellite.
And it have many commercial facilities, airline lounges.
