Rooms clean and comfortable. The lounge is average. No alcohol included. And choice of curry chicken rice and noodle dishes. Cold food and sweets are average.

I had not planned to book a room for the night during a long stop-over (11 hours), deciding rather to just sleep in the airport where possible. But after a bout of severe food poisoning hit me during my first flight, I needed a bed to rest in.
I paid approx £70.00 for 8 hours and it was the best decision I made. The room was spotless, the carpet and towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable.
I was impressed with the size of the room and the facilities. The only strange part was when I pulled back the large curtains to reveal just a wall behind them and no window at all. Not that no view mattered as it was overnight and I only planned to sleep anyway.
Definitely would recommend for a long stop over or following a bad flight experience.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this beautiful transit hotel at the airport premises.. the breakfast served was also good.. friendly staff and awesome place...

Perfect stay for transit passenger. Slightly expensive and rooms are very big and perfect for family . The stay is comfortable and they provide you hourly rate. We had a 9hr long layover and this 6 hrs package was perfect. They allowed us to do early checkin.

Reasonably priced. Good place to get some rest/ sleep during transit or before an early morning flight. Room is spacious.
I stayed with husband, 4 year old and 8 month old sons for 8 hours before an early morning flight. They do not provide extra bedding for the children, but they also do not charge extra for children.

Very comfortable Transit hotel inside KLIA
Helpful and friendly people at the front office. Can be booked over net, and payment can be done at the time of checking in. Very clean room with a comfortable Bed and neat toilet.

Great if you like to have a nap and shower between flights. Right next to the gates. Clean rooms with a good bed. The front desk staff is friendly. The kitchen could be a bit more professional and focus on the food. Price is alright.

Everything about is great if you have a long gap between flights and all you want to do is have a sleep. Small room as you would expect. Service was great

Very convenient right at the airport? I had a room with the view to the gates and could see planes coming in and going. I enjoyed it. Rooms are very good. Three are no sounds at all from the planes.

Clean comfortable room with adequate facilities for a short overnight stay. Very convenient as one can walk straight to the hotel from the arrival hall without having to clear immigration . Only need to clear immigration the next day when you want to board your connecting flight. Buffet breakfast offered in the morning is good considering the price paid. Plenty of food outlets are still opened after 1.00 am , so one can check into the hotel , freshen up before going for your meals .

Long layover is common for people travelling from new Zealand and Australia at the KL when you have a transit. Please consider this hotel which is easily accesible, quiet and clean well maintained place as your time killer. They even have an option to give you a wake up call before the flight departure time. I have always used it, and would do it in the future.

I was travelling with my family so we decided to stay there for few hours. Rooms are nice and clean. However, food was really bad. 4 of us tried it and not one of us liked it.

Ambience environment, clean, helpful n friendly front office staff, kitchen staff semi pro, talking to each other while preparing food, not hygiene, did not wear mouth mask, food semi ready after 615am.

Great place to rest while waiting in tansit, especially when you're traveling with family and kids. And if you're lucky, your boarding gate is right below your room!

We stuck 2 days in Airport. SAMA SAMA supports us lot. 2 person can sleep on bed 1/2 person can sleep on floor. So, if you stuck on KILA and you are 3/4 memebrs, can use SAMA SAMA and budgted. Ambience is fine.

The hotel is nice, it's right next to gates so you don't have to travle far. The rooms are spacious and nice the beds are massive and you can't hear the planes out side. Perfect for when in transit

Lounge had virtually now food and did not replenish after waiting for half and hour. Only cold drinks available was ice water and cordial.

Extremely convenient for a stopover of just a few hours. Rooms very quiet and good blackout - important as we needed a few hours sleep during the day after an overnight flight. Where else can you have a wake up call less than two hours before your flight departure time (assuming you already have your boarding pass)?

Surprisedly good airport hotel in Malaysia! Clean bath room, comfortable bed, quite building, simple breakfast.
很惊讶这机场酒店非常好（尤其是在马来西亚）！厕所很干净，睡床很舒服，酒店很安静，好有简单的早餐。

Vam reservar una habitació per sis hores per no haver d'estar a la terminal per la nit. Va ser molt útil i vam poder descansar. L'habitació era espaiosa i el nit molt còmode. El lavabo era molt nou i estava molt ben equipat. L'únic problema que vam tenir va ser que, com que veníem d'un vol nacional, no vam poder accedir a la zona de l'hotel fins a passada la mitjanit, ja que havíem de facturar les maletes i la nostra companyia no ho podia fer fins a la 1:30.
