A Chinese restaurant in Dengkil. Place does not look good, but forget about looks. The dishes will make up for it. Their "chilli fish" is one of their signature dishes. Try it. They have striked a balance between sweet and sour. And although its name says "chilli", this dish is not at all spicy.

The deep fried fish cooked in chili source and the “big head” river prawn cooked with sweet soy sauce are the signature dishes. You get all in, sweet, salty, spicy favour to satisfy your taste. A place for good food, provided you are not so particular about their presentation

This restaurant I think is quite old, I came here around 20years ago. Price reasonable, portion are huge, chili fish and toufu fish ball not bad, but parking can be a bit of challenge here, not much parking space.

Old sleepy town that cook old comfort food. come here to go back in time. where things were simple, of the beaten road and not for tourist. if you want a taste and feel of old Malaya Chinese food, this is the place.
fresh river prawns steamed in egg white with copious amounts of Chinese yellow wine. Their fried Chilli fish will send you rocket high!
don't get me started with their rice noodles cooked in 3 layer pork. if you are on a diet this is the wrong place to be.
you don't eat healthy here.....
this is #foodporn

The food here is definitely awesome. There is this signature 'lobster' size prawns, which I would recommend, costs quite a fortune tho... About RM 30 per person for only ONE of those prawns. If in KL, it would have cost RM 50~60. Other dishes are at reasonable prices as well.
Han Wei Tiew (04/07/2017 04:46)
The chilli fish was good. But the others I would say it is just alright.

Very popular for its chilli fish, pork fried bihun, fish balls vegetables and of course the big prawn. Price is moderate, if ordering prawn, it can be hefty

This restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember. The food is great, friendly and fast service. They are known for their large fresh water prawns, fried fish in chili padi black bean sauce, pork knuckle, thai style taufu etc Price is reasonable in my opinion.

Reasonably priced, Chinese seafood done home-cook style. Recommended to order Yau Cham Yu (Deep fried fish with chili padi in oil), or Teochew fish (steam fish with tofu, tomatoes and salted vegetables)
Decent dinner a fish dish, 2 vegetables dish, and 4 bowl of rice could be had for 3-4 within RM50.
Chong Meng Yeong (29/08/2016 03:49)
