Nice place to chill while waiting for your flight. Has a nice range of food and drinks. Check out their new lounge on the same floor too.

Nice staff. Showers are clean but no toiletries provided. Food was basic for 6~7am. Only 4 restrooms though. But this location is before check in and security so it is very convenient. Open 24 hrs.

I must be staying at the revamped lounge as some of the pictures dont match. Level 2M at KLIA2 next to the foodcourt and next to the thai therapy place. 12 hour stay at one of the cosy solo suite rooms. The room was clean and tidy and so was the ensuite. One minor complaint though is the lack of a tv in the room, i know they want to keep it as quiet as possible but a tv with some headphones would have been nice. A usb port to charge my phone instead of the malaysian style wall socket would jave been very welcome as well. Wifi was stable and the basic dining area with complimentary food was ok, the bed is more stiffer than i like but thats up to personal preference. Price wise i paid $60 AUD, it not a bad place to rest while you transit but dont expect the comforts of a hotel. As it is a transit hotel please expect it to be a little bit noisy in the corridor at times as people come in at all hours of the night.

Reception staffs are not friendly. No greeting to guest upon entrance. Facilities ok. Food could do better.

Perfect location, 1 min from check-in counter. Small room with everything you need. Excellent shower. Free food in the lounge. Very nice facilities. Close to everything in the airport.

Good place if you have to stay between flights. I use longue service on credit card, they offer place to rest, eat and shower

Comparing to the Plaza Premium Lounge in KLIA1, their charging rate is almost the same but you don't get the same quality of services and food. The fee i'm paying is nothing to compare to overseas premium lounge, wifi here is always cut off and forever to connecting. Furthermore, can drinks are limited and food quality is way way below par. That's how you projecting your image to our foreign guests?!?
One more thing i don't really understand, Plaza Premium Lounge is the same operator in Both KLIA1 and KLIA2. But both having different credit cards promotion, why the double standard entry system? Clearly, in my credit card said i can access to all plaza premium lounge. There's nothing said i can't access to only a limited branch. Please clarify with the credit card centre next time.

Not much food options. My stay at Suite 1 the toilet smells.Nice shower though, comfortable bed but bed light was not working. The wifi speed is good. The lounge Can be quite crowded and noisy at times. For Suite 11, the centralised air con produces so much noise that the whole room literally vibrates that u might have difficulty of having a peaceful sleep.

A very friendly staff, efficient and tidy. The room also tidy but very cold. A bit expensive. Plug socket next to bed is dangerous to use. There was electrical buzz when i was trying to use.

I used the lounge while waiting for my flight to Langkawi. Staff were polite. Food was nice buy limited variety. There were a bottled and canned drink options but this loubge does not offer a service bar. Only alcohol available is beer.

Worst lounge I have visited. Coffee machine broke down, no bottled drinks inside fridge, lousy foreign worker is preparing lousy food

Room was quite Good suitable for transit, little bit smelly like kitchen/food, lounge provide unlimited food and drink. The hotel location also very good. Inside terminal KLIA2 building so we can go shoping and walk around while transit. 😊

Not safe. Our bag with tax free goods was stolen while we were using the lounge (with contents of about £200. When we contacted Lost & Found as well as the lounge directly, they said they don't know anything, so do not leave belongings unattended even for 5 min, while grabbing that cup of tea! The food was not good, and you need to order it / find it, nothing on display. The carpets in the lounge are so old, they stink of urine (don't ask me how the urine got to carpets, I have no idea!). Wifi works sometimes. The staff is unhelpful.

Inedible food. Choices are poor, dirty tables are common, the place is not up to the value - it's like a lousy coffee shop but the entry fee is like a five star buffet price.

I used it because there was time before the check-in counter opens.
Meals are little poor.
The power outlets is few.
The hotel is equipped, and you can rest for up to 10 hours if you pay the money.

Environment is good. Just the food is not worth it i think. If you are a frequent traveller you will find out that the food menu is the same. The food option is less. It doesnt worth to what you have spent for RM80+

One of the smaller plaza premium lounges. Ok if your entering complimentary with your credit card. Not worth if your paying to enter.

Good place to rest when you have a minimum 3 hours flight waiting time. Food prepared can be further improved by adding more varieties.

Staff are professional and well presented, room was well presented and clean except for the floor which was dirty. Amazing shower. Pretty expensive, book online for much better prices. Lounge area is small and feels cramped, food was underwhelming, toaster doesn't even work. Biggest pain in the ass is that the hotel is considered outside which means going through customs and immigration. I only stayed here because I had six hours to kill and I didn't want to sleep on an airport bench.

I lost my phone at 2M premium lounge KLIA2, thanks to the honest staffs who discovered and send it immediately to my boarding gate and the L gate premium staff for phone assistances....thumbs up for such wonderful personality staffs. Once again, thank you so so much.

It's premium only by name. Very limited space, nothing tasty to eat. If you don't like clams taste or can't eat spicy you will die of hunger.
No place to sit and only 2 toilets inside. Don't buy it. Just use the money instead and have something to eat somewhere else in the airport. It will be cheaper and you will decide what you like. The price to quality sounds like a scam.

By far the worst airport lounge I have used. Much too small, even at 10 at night, and very cramped. We had to walk to the far end of the lounge to discover flight information. The two(?) toilets and the shower seemed permanently in use. Peanuts and a few tiny chocolate cakes the only snacks available. Two unappetising hot dishes. Alcohol only available for free if you had the right boarding pass. Just one red wine available - and of poor quality and served in a small glass. We were travelling on Turkish Airlines which has the most wonderful lounge in Istanbul. This one, apparently used by all Star Alliance airlines, is the pits.

Nice lounge with an elegant ambiance and a wide area. They have a good selection of food and drinks, also an efficient service from the staff. Nice place to spend the transit period.

The KLAI2 domestic location on 2M is awful. I had to leave the security area because I was transiting to a domestic flight. Small, awful food, dark. Spent one minute and left. Don't waste your time. Go pay for your meal. I have Priority Pass and it was free and I left. Had to go back in through security again. Maybe the international lounges are better. But the Landside domestic lounge is not worth it, even if it is free.

Small area , limited seat, little food ..awful plaza premium lounge KLIA2 . Don't waste money to come here. It's not premium at all !!!!

KLIA2 Plaza Premium has 3 facilities... one is inside their mall and the 2 is after immigration. The funny thing is that these 2 Plaza Premiums located after the immigration closes down before midnight while the one inside the mall operates 24 hours but there is nothing in there, even the food is not good! People travelling after midnight will find it difficult to get a nice place to relax inside KLIA2 since the chairs are designed for you not to be able to lie down and take a short nap especially when your flight is delayed and are pretty much not comfortable. The toilets are also not well maintained to think that this is newly built. You would also need to walk a long way and go down multiple levels for you to reach the taxi or bus, hence, another thing that would make this poace a bit of a hustle to travelers. The only thing this location has is its huge, hopefully the services would improve once it reaches full capacity.

Getting crowded but service also getting better. Food however seems reduced. Still a good place to chill before flight.

I hope this review gets to be read by the management of the Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA2 located opposite gate L8.
The lounge is nothing to be proud of for the following reasons :-
1. The lounge is located very poorly as travelers departing from other gates P &Q have to double back to get pass the security scanning , climb a flight stairs to access the other gates. The Lounge should be located in a generally more accessible area.
2. The Lounge is so small opposite gate L8, that all the noise and commotion from noisy travelers sitting just outside the lounge is definitely very disturbing and uncomfortable to guest wanting to have a " shut eye" before the AirAsia notoriously ridiculous early morning flights.
The management should address this noise issue as the reception is right on the common walkway .
3. There is minimum staff in attendance , especially where there is only one person manning the service counter at the food service area. Poor girl have to cook and serve noodles and attend to guest asking for bottled water etc.
The management should increase staffing levels. Also no staff is available in the early morning to remove dirty plates and food waste .
The seats in the lounge are uncomfortable to say the least.
4. Despite the boast of the " core values' this lounge at KLIA2 does not meet the standards as claimed by the managment.

Love it! Coz it's free for me.
But kinda pricey rm 168 for 2 hours.
Sofa is comfy. Free WiFi. Unlimited food and drinks. (Except wines and beer)
Shower available.
Can't compare to other lounges, never been to any. I am poor haha

Toilets are very dirty and not enough! This is also so called Star Alliance Lounge!! I rather wait in the gate area.
