Ok lounge that you can get into with local credit cards. Fine if you've time to kill before a flight to pop into for a quick snack &calsberg. It can be really busy but you also can also go to the flight club across from it so that earns it an extra star.

Get a credit card which has lounge access. It's the best thing in airports to pass some time. It's a huge lounge and you get a lot of items to choose from. They make vegetarian food on order.
Of course there is view to watch the planes, TVs, High Speed internet and also up to 6 hours of access to the lounge which is more than enough when you have a 8-10 hour layover.
They have free beer too!

Good food and facility comparing to many airport lounges in this region. Spacious and good variety of seating, individually or as a group. Also availaible are 6 shower rooms and dedicated bar for those who would like to pay extra for some alcoholic drinks. Recommended for travellers.

Nice lounge. Accepts a variety of means / cards / passes. The shower and restroom are under maintenance. You need to use the public ones just outside. Beer is free.. wine and liquor are paid.

Food is sometimes good sometimes bad lack of consistency. Not so relaxing when it's busy. Only saving grace was free entrance with our credit cards.

This lounge is at Kuala Lumpur airport.
As per my experience it is not so good. Food is average. Ambience is ok. But when I visited the toilets were undergoing some work hence it was not a very great experience.
Overall average place to be with basic amenities.

Very good facilities for the card holders. Have good space to relax and do personal staffs with snacks..

Getting more and more crowded compare to the old days, but still great place to kill time while waiting for boarding. Food sometimes were good sometimes just not to my liking.

This is the worst lounge I’ve been in that Priority Pass uses.
Threadbare patched up carpet.
Charges for wine (10 USD) and spirits, the wine is cheap and poor.
Food not replenished when dishes empty.
Lounge dingy, brown and aircon too high.
Seating areas dirty.
I won’t be back.

Good lounge - has fresh live cafe - not machines as most do.
Also the food variety for break fast was quite impressive.
Good job!

Finding a way to it is a bit difficult for first time user. Its open 24 hours. Seating is good and comfortable. Person can sleep for some time. Food is just ok. Coffee machine is broken. Bar closes from mid night to 5 a m. Can get a bit crowded during peak hours.

Reception was fast and friendly. Enjoyed the F&B every time I drop by. Sometimes food can be scarce and premise packed with passengers during peak. All these are FOC if you own credit card from participating bank or bought ticket from listed airlines

Not as fancy as other business class lounge. The food and drink selections are also limited. But staffs are super nice and very helpful.

Below standard!
As a frequent traveler I use my Prestige Membership Card at least twice a month.
This is the worst lounge I have had to use.
On sign in the staff advices me the shower was not available, this is acceptable to me, pluming problems happen , but no alternative was given to me. Later on I learned there was an alternate arrangement, but I was not informed by the staff of this when signing in.
I am I Prestige Member to make my visits seamless, yes I was informed by the staff that they might charge me , and I have to resolve it with the bank if charged.
The coffee machine was not working, Once again no member of the staff informed me that there was coffee available from the bar. I only discovered this after seeing other guests drinking coffee and enquiringly from them where they got the coffee.
As for the food selection, not much. One two pieces of cheesecake available. I asked the staff if this was all that is available and the response was " yes" .
I complained to the Pblic Relations manageres on duty and her reply was " the food is finished " !!!!!!
This was at 13: 45 !!!
Later I was approached by the P. R. Managers to inform me there is now also some chocolate cake available. I had to decline as I was on my way to Starbucks to spend the rest of my 3 hour transit there.
Communication with guests is seriously lacking in this lounge.

The lounge is a quite oasis within the otherwise busy terminal building. There is ample seating with power points, as well as toilets and showers. The buffet was a bit disappointing though, with a very limited spread.

Honestly, I had the privilege in stepping foot in Plaza Premium Lounge, thanks to Plaza Premium team, it came after dining at Flight Club. Thus, I can't tell you as a walk in customer, but I sure can tell you on the facilities.
Located at the restricted area of KLIA departure floor, Plaza Premium Lounge is yours upon clearance of security, immigration and presenting your boarding pass. Across Plaza Premium Lounge, you will notice, “Wellness Spa/Salon", the other option for you.
Facilities of Plaza Premium Lounge
3, 6 or 12 hours, all depends on which package you have opted for.
Use of shower facilities (no shower facilities in klia2)
Buffet-style hot meal
Non-alcoholic drinks and coffee
Comfortable seating area
Wi-Fi connections
International tv channels, newspapers, magazines
Flight information
** alcoholic drinks - feel free to purchase
Will I consider Plaza Premium Lounge. Sure, why not if I have long hours to kill. Would be great to experience as a walk-in customer.

Good airport. But i have bad experience with bad officer (suppose to be police officer) in oversized baggage part. They dont allowed me to put my baggage unless we call the check in officer to sign the permission. They are rude, lazy, and arrogant.
Jennie Lai (05/07/2017 10:50)
Lounge gets crowded depending on time of day especially dinner time. For priority pass, alcohol is additional charge. Food is decent. Service at check in can be better. It's still a good alternative for a long layover at KLIA.
Isaac Cheah (27/04/2017 06:20)
Decent lounge however with too many tie ups with credit cards for free access the place is often overcrowded. The queue oftentimes extend outside the door even. Dismal food selection.
Dean Adams (24/03/2017 23:09)
Nothing premium about this place. Overcrowded, understaffed, food selection is poor. Cooler for drinks is warm, lounge is very hot and uncomfortable.
Angus Podgorny (15/03/2017 10:49)
This place is always rammed to capacity. Wanted to go in there once and the queue was out of the door! I had a quick look in the lounge and there was hardly a seat to be had, it was packed full! I have read some other reviews of this lounge on other websites and apparently this is a common occurrence. When I go into a lounge I want to spend my time somewhere quiet and peaceful, this is not the place for me! Do yourself a favour, walk across the mezzanine to Flight Club, a nice quiet bar, and sit there instead!

Not bad, toilets could be better maintained though... Loose taps, wet floors etc.

Plaza Premium Lounge good for Privilege Card holder of AMEX, SCB, MayBank & Many different Banks Card Holder. Lounge Services good..
