I was in KL for work and I needed a rental car to get around. I found this company online and so far this is the poorest service that I’ve had in all of my rental car experiences. The vehicle given to me had a faulty battery and died on me during my stay there. When my wife called for help, the manager was rude and condescending (Airport Branch). We had to search for the nearest mechanic to jump start the car and paid for it. We went to the nearest branch they had in the city, but I had to hassle them to provide me a reliable vehicle. The manager there was friendlier, but never offered anything to compensate our time or trouble.
I would never rent from ‘Paradise Rent A Car’ again nor recommend this to anyone that is need of a rental in Malaysia.

We ordered the car through Argus online, and went to the designated meeting point at KLIA2, then called the number on the voucher. A woman told me the car would be there in 5 minutes.
20 minutes later, no car, so I called again, and was told by a different person that the car wasn't available, and that we would need to wait another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, someone else from the company had SMSd my wife to say that they were the only person working at the Paradise counter and they couldn't attend to our request at the moment (funny, considering I called twice and spoke to two different people).
We were in a rush to get to the MotoGP circuit, so we had to hire another car from a different company.
We've since been told that we have to wait 20 days for a refund while Argus investigates the case.
— Just to update this, Argus eventually offered a 5 Euro refund for the complete failure of their affiliate to deliver what we paid for. No thanks. And won’t be using Argus or Paradise again.

Our booking was at 8:30pm. Flight arrived late and I was at the counter at 9:25pm. It was locked. i called the number provided more than 3 times. The guy didn't answer and sent me an SMS saying to contact via SMS or whatsapp!!
He told me I was late and my rental has been cancelled though working hours was supposed to be till 10pm.
Flight number was provided as a compulsory information during the booking and they operate an airport counter yet giving silly excuses that I didn't tell them the flight was late!!!
Though they were the cheapest but their customer service is simply appalling and i would never use them again.

Mailed a day in advance and got a small sedan for 110MYR/DAY for 3 days. Excellent deal compared to the others. Process of picking up and returning was painless. Explanation of toll system by staff was par on - very friendly.
The "per hour over" charge however was rather expensive - make sure you return on time.

Very good service and ... Thanks to Ms. Wawa to give the good service to us.
Period rental car on March 8-11, 2017.
We will use paradise rental car again.
