If got Zero Star, I want to give Zero Star!
1) Too expensive selling price for all items.
2) Too low quality of food serving.
3) Very poor customer services from staffs.
*RM4.72 : 2pcs half boiled eggs, my husband has 15 years experiences as Chef. He said that boiled eggs is Pre-made, it is cold. All boiled with 60'C of hot water by 60 seconds. When customer ordered it, they just heat it up for a few seconds. So, inside is NOT HOT.
*RM7.45 : 2pcs of Thick Steam Roti (Kaya+Butter), the Roti is cold, not hot! I cant make the butter melt, kaya taste not good. Very difficult to finish it.
*RM16.89 : Vegetarian Nasi Lemak+Curry. Who wants to eat cold stuffs? U can come here, if u like! Sambal is cold, vege cold, fried egg cold....Papadam also not crispy one. Really Can't Eat.
~When my husband only requested Kitchen Staff to change a hot Fried Egg, the staff looks like "Datok" or "Boss"....feels like he dont care, and he just put the Fried Egg in hot oil just to "Re-Heat" it.
~Very dissatisfied on expensive food with low quality, and very disappointed with the Staff's service because they don't have smiley face at all.
~This is the most BAD PAPARICH that I've ever met.

Not a bad place to have a meal.Food is abit more expensive but where to get cheap food at airports.Tried the nasi lemak with fried chicken and it is ok

Early morning reached airport. So only option to opt for some local food here. Bread with kaya & butter is normal. The teh is quite ok. Nasi lemak is below par. Only upside about here and why the 3 star is because of the staff (trainee) very polite and thoughtful. Giving his best to serve us. Too bad I didn’t get his name. You guys should retain him if possible. Thks

Very slow service. Don't even have hot water and/or plain water. Had to opt for mineral water instead. Ordered 30 mins just for char kuey tiaw at 9pm. Not even full house. Rubbish service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Too expensive for poor quality food!
We ordered their Nasi lemak + fried chicken. It's awfully dry!! And it costs RM22.55!!
Dry egg noodle plus curry chicken costs RM17.83 and it's just average.

Bad experience I had at Papparich KLIA. The service was very slow. Staff not train well and miscommunication! A lot of staff standing at the counter and block the counter instead of serving customer! Staff to be improved!

Dine here while waiting for my flight. Got to try the tofu curry with sticky noodles. It tasted great but tasted a bit different from the curry I've tasted in Thailand. Good side is it got a big serving size. Also got to try the laksa. I like this one better. Taste good. They also serve great coffee.

Order same time as a friend. Their dish came out in 10 minutes, mine took over 30. No apology offered. Terrible service.

Super expensive for the quality of food serve here.
Order:
Mee with curry chicken- tasteless. And the noodle is really bad
Dry egg noodle with dumplings. 2 small dumpling, 2 thin tao pok(beancurd) & 2 veg leaf. Saddest thing I have seen in my life for Rm 16.50. Maybe add Rm1 to get the curry chicken. But still the taste is really disappointing.
Stick to nasi lemak. Safer bet

I don't always go to KLIA2 but if I do, I have to eat my naan at PappaRich here. Haha. Just saying but seriously, I was hungry and PappaRich was a name I was familiar with - hence, I decided to eat here. For an 'airport price', food was good the last time (also, the first time) I was here.

Had curry laksa. No egg, no chicken meat (slices), no fishcake slices, and no oysters. Portion was small too. For RM18.50, what kind of curry laksa is this? Please don't shame Malaysia with this type of dish la.
