excellent but dinner was lousy steamboat. jusg dont go for dinner here please. need to make path for disable people as there is soo many stairs

Spending three days here were memorable. Got the first floor room with pool view. The apartment was nice and spacious. However the cleanliness and services could be improved. I checked in at 5pm and the room still didnt tidied up. Also I got two towels with stains. Above all, a nice place to stay and near to the beach.

decent and large room, with close proximity to beach and tanjung tuan light house. the furniture is quite old. Hallway could use some cleaning or renewal. friendly staff. good breakfast. Ill give 3 start because of the cleanliness

Touch down at 2 Dec 17. I book a last minutes room. Thank God, there have it. Clean room, their front line customers service are good. They have nice pool for kids and adult. Accessible to the blue lagoon beach, but you got to walk a bit if you wanna get clean beach (from dry leave's mangrove trees). Really suitable for private function or people. Quite place cause it was at the end of the teluk kemang.

Clean Room n bath room. Beautiful huge swimming pool with separate pool for kids. Situated in tropical seaside jungle.

Staying in Ilham Resort for peace of mind.. checked in 16 Sept 2017 and check out on 17 Sept 2017.. excellent service from check in until check out.. very good place for family gathering. Rate is very reasonable and thank you to Mr Razli and Mr Safuan for their great hospitality and I will defenitely come back and recommend to my friends to stay in Ilham resort Port Dickson.

If you get room 4051 change your room!the floor is dirty,sheets have tons of stains on them,floor is sandy,the AC in room 1 is very irritating,the rooms are very dusty,the cups are unwashed,the mini fridge doesn't work all the time,the paint on some walls are chipping off,the toilet/bathroom in room 2 smells of urine,there are white stains on the sides and underneath the cushions on the green sofa,both the red and green sofa smells of urine and have other stains on them,room service sucks,when the fan is switched on dead bugs and dust rain down,room 3 is damn creepy,sometimes the doors creek,the toilet in room 1 doesnt have a good lock,huge gap between two window panes(when closed) which lets mosquitos enter,dead bugs stuck to the walls in the living room,dust under the beds,some stains on the walls,dried blood on some sheets,rim of the sink outside is SUPER dirty,the inside of the cabinet under the sink is SUPER dirty as well,everything looks as if no one bothered to clean them,it takes forever for ordered food to arrive at our room,dust and sand on the beds and in the toilets,toilet sink in room 1 is clogged,hot water in the shower is SUPER HOT,some things went missing after an hour away from our room,noises can be heard outside at night,the TV's graphics isn't the best,the TV remote went missing after one day and the AC in room 2 leaks and the service sucks.
The food isn't great,the "chicken soup" is filled with oil and mysterious chunks,food tastes frozen,food isn't hot,water tastes like cyanide,food on the menu is overpriced (for e.g. A small portion of fish and chips costs 23RM and a can of sprite or coke costs 7RM)lots of stains on the tables,chairs are dirty,floor is sandy and dirty,the omelet they cooked was still raw on the inside,nothing good to eat,sometimes the food is cold and the dessert isn't that good.
Some of the staff are very rude,to get the wifi password you have to walk all the way down to the reception from your room just to get the wifi password for the wifi that doesn't even work!,they wouldn't pick up the phone sometimes,they would hang up on the phone sometimes and the cleaners will not clean the rooms.

Love the swimming pool! Very suitable for corporate teambuilding event. The food is average but the event hall is comfortable.

The hotel is disgusting. The staff didn't know how to take our luggage up to our rooms because the entire building had no slopes. There is only one elevator which is slow. The exterior design of the place is alright but I wish it was closed with air conditioning because the weather is unbearably hot. The rooms had insects and the air conditioners in the 'apartment' were rusty. Also, many restaurants do not deliver to this place because of its remote location.
It's pretty but it is not maintained what so ever. Honestly, I had the worst 2 days of my vacation here.

Had a family day here with and booked several rooms including the biggest room they had. Very spacious, furnitures and cleanliness needs big improvement. Also beware if you want to bring any elderly people with you to stay at the hotel because it has stairs EVERYWHERE. So it's also not wheelchair friendly and requires you to constantly walk up stairs. But everything else is great, it even has a watch tower where you can a great view of the whole Port Dickson's coast.

Hotel near seaside. Got pool n morning breakfast for selected room budget. Housekeeping good. Rooms hv slightly problems like pipes n flushing system.

Old resort, need to do many maintenance things (esp for toilet), some of their rooms are not stroller friendly, dirty beach (maybe not under their responsibilities). But I like the swimming pool and BBQ facilities

Overall, the resort is rated as good. Provide spacious room which is good for family vacation and trip, staff is very helpful, facilities ok- hv wifi, karoake, swimming etc, good if you come for team building activities. Talking bout food , if you really enjoy the Malay dishes this is good place to go and go try 'Kari Kepala Ikan' or 'Sup Gear Box". Don't be surprise because they have Chef Zam Zam who always aired on Astro program. However they need for improvement..old furnitures, old room decoration, old facilities, etc. Thinking bout price ya may be you can get better price +services at other nearest hotels.

Staying here for three days. Nice and quite place. Beautiful seaview and lots of activities can be done. Oldies and need lot of improvement for some facilities but still accept for big family day out. Nice for family picnic.

Booked the biggest room with 4 bedrooms. Old linen. Smelly room and pillow. Found strand of hair under the pillow. Old furniture as well, some of them broken. Not recommend for a romantic & luxury stay. We also booked BBQ pit near the beach at RM 100, well equiped with table&chairs for 10 people.

recently added a new car park area. rooms are huge n still wit same furnitures, CRT tv n bathroom since 2013. great place for water games, gatherings & appreciation for greeneries.
