The food is not really good. The main dish is just average. The peanut bread is pretty good. But the place is comfortable enough for people who just arrived at the airport. They can relax for a moment. Because the location is really near with the imigration room for the arrival. So people can spot this place directy after they exit the imigration room.

Old Town White Coffee one of my favourite shop in malaysia tour as well as transit time. They are serving mind blowing coffee , hot and cold beverages with foods. They have absolute tasty breakfast option with them. They are employees are friendly and easy to handle

Below average food made worse with lack of service. Our orders were totally incorrect, delivered at an unacceptably untimely manner. Most disappointingly was the unprofessional manner the staff behaved in.

The food quality is poor in my opinion and the service has deteriorated. Hope they have a more efficient ordering system as usually there is a long wait. The local black coffee is great though. Location wise it is great as it has a good view.

A nice place and reasonable price for transfer-passengers to have some food and drink. Though the food quality is just under average.

Consistent quality of food & traditional hot drinks, but this branch is different - no tabke service, so instead there's a long slow line at front to order & pay, then you get a table, then you collect your food. Aircon so it's cool, many seat types.

Good coffee as always but it is too warm inside the cafe, the air con is weak

Coffee is ok but if you don't like sweet, you may feel in the opposite way. Toast is just right for quick bite. Garlic is better than French toast which is too sweet and lot of oil.

Terrible service. Service staff Nural was nasty and very rude. She watching video on her phone in front of us while talking order and she is not interested in her job at all. Her attitude was like if you want eat and go I don't care. All the tables was dirty even only one table was occupied. Nural is not interested in clearing plates or cleaning table. While taking order she was such a rude. Oh my god I haven't seen these kinds of servers.

Bad customer services, when ordered clearly quantity and cashier Malay lady heard wrongly showing black black face. She is not apologise. Old town at KLIA Departure Hall (Not satellite building)

Very nice place to grab a coffee before checking in for your flight. I can't say anything for the food, because I didn't have any. I had some kind of drink where they mixed coffee with tea and it was very good, but I can't remember the name of it.

Clean, variety of food options that open 24 hours, a good option whenever you're hungry at the airport. Standard prices compared to other food options in the airport.

Had a coffee and a Tuna Toast (A18). Waited 25 minutes for what seemed like a made to order plate. Absolutely horrible! What a waste of 12.40 Ringgit. I should of bought the overpriced key chain!

Great food and service.. I spilled my glass of Teh Tarik at the service counter and all they do is giving me a new one.. Thank you..
