I came a few times already to this outlet and everything in the menu was available. The noodles are nice. A little expensive than in town but it's understood coz airport price. Servers are friendly and quick. I don't understand why a lot of the customers demand for things that are not in the menu and requests for discounts?! Lol. Do give comments based on REAL JUDGEMENT. None of the reviews provided about this place is accurate.

Barely warm teh tarik when asked for hot and left over curry chicken served when ordered hainese chicken!! No value for money at this place.

Lots of room for improvement. I ordered simple half boiled egg n toast n muar kopi, all served to me cold... Cannot make good kopi if water is not hot enough...soy sauce needs to be replaced, tasteless..sigh...pls improve.

Very bad customer service despite putting up a big sign saying prices include a 10% service charge. Not clear indication whether we need to order at the counter or from sitting table. Went to asked waiter, waiter was obviously more occupier with some thing else not concerning him. Told me to order from table and continue to do what he was doing. Worst customer service despite the high price.
To the owner of the place, this is not the team you want running your restaurant. Better fly kite.

OK so it was 2 a.m. when I dropped by. They were open alright but when I ordered the most common of drinks that is called teh tarik, they told me it was unavailable. Or any other hot beverages, for that matter.

4 people queued at counter to place order. After a short wait, person at counter says you can't order here. Asked where to do it. Reply was "anywhere". Hearing that, I went to a staff behind the serving counter and made an order. He said you can't order here. So I asked how to place order. Gave me a blank stare. An irate foreigner overhead me and told me that the people here don't know what they are doing here. And left. I followed suit. Others who were in queue left too.

Awful in every way. The laksa is iceberg lettuce in boiled water and it's about all they had left of their instant microwavable frozen meals.
Don't eat beef? No problem, here's some old crispy microwaved beef for you when you ordered chicken, don't eat beef and dont get told they'll throw any random susbtance at you fresh from their microwave.
When we complained that we'd been fed beef instead of chicken no-one cares - everyone just microwaves food and that's it. (everything here is prepackaged microwave food.) no refund, no apology nothing.
Want a drink with your dinner? You can have it when we bring the bill. This place will scar your memory of the airport and food itself.

Good place to have milk tea or milk bubble tea, that's all I had when I came here, because I was in a hurry to catch my plane...!

Nasi lemak served with cold chicken rendang and plain rice instead of coconut rice. When asked to heat it up, they microwave it till it was dry. When asked for the bill, the staff didn't bother. Will never return here even if free.

Not nearly as many choices as at Old Town White Coffee but the staff are GREAT (I forgot my mobile phone and they held on to it for me)

Real Malay Food Shop at KLIA. Very nice serving with Tay Tarik (Local Tea) & meals.

This service is pathetically slow or non existence - maybe I came at the "wrong" time. Waited and no one came to take our order as it should. I am sure the yet to be tasted coffee and food should taste good.
