Ridiculously high price (RM19.90 for a small plate of Nasi Lemak Ayam Rendang) without the commensurate level of service - No smiles on staffs faces, no table service (without any signage mentioning self-service) and the use of cheap disposable plastic cutleries. Their only saving grace are their truly flavorful sambal and convenient location among P gates and after the flight security check.

Unbelievably bad service, easily the worst I’ve experienced in Malaysia. The cutlery is thin plastic so I asked if they had anything else because I couldn’t cut my food and the spoon kept snapping. The girl just looked at me and smirked. She never spoke to me even when she took my order. Honestly had no appetite to eat their overpriced food after that

The service is horrible! The cashier's (26 Feb 2018, 5AM) manner is totally not up to any standard. How come she can be the cashier in a restaurant in the airport. And also, the noodle is not hot, just barely warm. Its bad.
