Been here while waiting for my next transit flight. There’s FREE SHUTTLE provided from KLIA 2 to here. If you are carrying luggage or heavy bags, don’t worry since you can keep all your luggages and bags at the concierge which is located beside the SHUTTLE terminal during arrival. Important note it’s FREE. So you can shop here happily without carrying all those “burdens” . Talking about the outlet itself I found that almost items sold here are back dated outdated even though it’s stated as new arrival. The price and discount are very attractive. But at a limited time only. The food & drink may be a constraint here as not so many restaurants available here. For me it’s same like Malacca Premium Outlet too.

The architecture of the place is modern, with wide open spaces and plenty of glass to let in the sun, but that may not have been the wisest choice and Malaysia is plenty hot and the direct sunlight overhead doesn't help things much.
There are many outlet stores here, so bargain hunters will have the time of their lives shopping here. I would however advice against purchasing watches from certain stores here as they can be very low quality or feature knockoff designs of more popular watches. There isn't much choice in the way of food and it's all quite expensive. For a more comprehensive dining experience I would recommend heading to KLIA2 to enjoy a meal.

Good place for shopping, but doesn’t fit as OUTLET when you compare it with USA’s or EUROPE.
There is a limited options for food.
It is far away from the city ( 40 KM )
It is 10min away from airport and they offer free shuttle to the airport terminals and free storage space.
one of the female employees at baggage store services is rudely talking.

Nice outlet retail shopping with very reasonably priced items here. If your timing is right, you might be able to save massive on discounts besides cheaper currency conversion into malaysian ringgit. There is also a food court with plenty of choices of food and some restaurants in the mall. If you have more than 2 hours to wait for your flight, hop on to one of the free shuttle buses and spend a cool walk in MITSUI. They also have luggage storage facility offered to flyers for no charge at all! If you're worried about missing your flight, there's also flight information displayed at multiple locations in the mall too.

Nice shopping outlet for you to go. It have accessible parking there and a normal parking lot. The parking fee is RM2 per hour. You can even find a place to eat in there. There are food court and other restaurants there.

The place to visit if you want a taste of brand goods at an affordable price range. Although most of the goods are mostly out of season, hence, cheaper price range, but who actually checks seasonal dates of goods. As long as it is a quality product, it's good to go.

Been there quite a few times the past year. My favourite place to shop for sports goods. My last trip there, a couple of weekends back, was to buy the little one’s Crocs sandals.
Turned out to be a major shopping trip for me too, with my haul including 1 pair of sports shoes, two pairs of work shoes, a couple of shirts, and sports wear.
Mitsui has expanded since my last visit last year and is a lot more fun and bigger than it used to be. From Under Armour to the often long-queued-up-for Nike, there’s something for the sports enthusiast. The food court is great for local food while there’s the famous Loaf bakery next door if one fancies pastries.

Improved by adding more outlets... More to choose from.. Food outlets are plentiful.. Parking is sufficient though when it rains, it can be pretty far to the mall... Maybe sheltered walkways could be added... Free bus service to both KLIA terminals..

Nice place to spend time before to go to airport. Because close to the airport and nice place to find branded stuff for souvenir. Have a nice entrance decoration. Its like the name, which is Japan is the center of decoration. Many tourist and local people going to spend their week end to this place. Nice to go to this place again.

This time round there is a lots of outlets having good discounts. Good place to get good discounts for branded goods. Only isdue is that the car park is not covered so if it rains you need umbrella and if it doesnt rain your car will be like oven
Hakim Farouk (05/12/2017 02:33)
Many selections if good shops. Worth taking a look but exiting parking is a little confusing. Need more proper signs

While you're transit or waiting long hours for your next flight from KLIA/KLIA2, Mitsui is better to go for.
It's near to the airport, like 15-20 minutes away, there's shuttle bus both from KLIA and KLIA2.
The Mall itself has a lot to offer, and some said it's duty free. So a lot cheaper here. I was lucky myself when i was here, there's some sale going on at few outlets
The good thing is, is not really crowded here.
Kelvin Yong (22/11/2017 02:19)
A great place to burn time if you're transiting or waiting for your flight. Kudos to the free bus shuttle and the luggage storage facility on site. Good brands for last minute shopping for clothings or food. Or grab a cuppa over there while waiting for the next flight.

Convenience but lack of ATM. Japan Outlet Park, hardly a sale but don't take account to what I have just say. The sale can be anytime out of nowhere, obviously even after sale commence the item still pricey for some or not most people. The parking is huge, a lot of space that are always available. There is restaurant at top level, I could say most of it are branch restaurant, so the taste value are either near same or bit less or more from any other branch. Good place to shopping or wandering around while waiting for flight.
Shawn Teng (19/09/2017 11:24)
Good place to chill before heading over to the airport. Nice selection of brands at factory outlet prices. Perpetually on sale! 😍
Christopher Kwek (03/09/2017 05:00)
Pretty good place to find bargains. You will need to search for it though. Not all the shops will have discount vouchers that can be used but individually they will have separate discounts. They have a shuttle bus from both KLIA and KLIA2
CL Tan (31/08/2017 10:49)
This Mitsui Outlet Park is located near Klia and the building is quite new. You have a food court on 1st floor and you can have your meals or refreshments here. There are many outlets selling branded goods form top to toe. Always you have discount here up to 70%. It is easy to get here as the road signs are clear. The restroom is clean also.
Lydia Schmidt (31/08/2017 09:33)
The outlet is modern and nice and very close to the airport. The free bus shuttle is awesome, once you find the station at the airport you can go back and forth every 20 minutes. If you have some time to kill at KLIA I would definitely go to Mitsui, they even have a little waiting room with screens where you can check on the status of you flight.
Eleanor Choo (30/08/2017 13:40)
It's nice to have a proper outlet experience in Malaysia (this mall is modeled off the outlet malls in the US). Frankly, the deals aren't as great as they are in those outlet malls in the US, and because of the location and natural lighting, the place is quite warm. However it is one of the more interesting shopping experiences in kl. Worth at least one trip.
yeng tun tan (12/07/2017 10:42)
Good place to hangout when you're nearby the airport to pickup some outlet price branded stuff. Great taste food even at the food court.
khairulanuar abdulhamid (11/07/2017 23:31)
Modern shopping place. All branded items even though most of them are from China. Spacious parking but can become crowded on weekends.
Tony Khong (29/06/2017 07:22)
Good place to hang out if you have a few hours to wait for your flight. A free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to both KLIA and KLIA2. Many shopping outlets and restaurants too. You can even checkin for your flight at this place.
Eddie Fong (11/06/2017 06:51)
A good place to search for bargains. For us it means shoes, leather bags, handbags and men shirts where it doesn't really go out of fashion. Opens from 10am to 10pm so go early to avoid the crowd.
Jason Ng (07/06/2017 11:49)
Awesome and beautiful outlet. Sells affordable and reasonable products. And got huge promotion on certain date and season. Branded item can get as low as Rm150 on certain shops
Muad MZ (04/05/2017 12:10)
Very clean new shopping mall to spend your time while you wait for your flight. Near the airport and has shuttle bus to and from airport. I just hope they keep the place clean in the long run, especially the toilets as Malaysia is known for its bad maintenance of toilets in shopping malls.
zyeefd (02/05/2017 16:18)
Very good deals on branded casual, formal and sports clothes. Tho some items are from from previous season. Has free, reliable scheduled shuttle bus to-fro the Outlet-KLIA-KLIA2 Airport. Has concierge service to keep luggage while you shop.

Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA SEPANG 、。。
Conveniently located to pass time, either in flight transit or even a day out around the airport area .. In addition to KLIA2 Gateway, this provides variety to shopping especially on branded goods competitively priced and in certain cases better 、。。
素晴らしい、。。

Ample parking for car or bus. Many international brands with massive discounted price tags although most of the items are past/off season leftover. No ATM.
Loh W (14/03/2017 16:16)
Most of the brand outlets are here. Only 10 mins drive from klia airport. Plenty of car park space and a reasonable foodcourt.
patric vasseur (27/01/2017 02:47)
Nice outlet mall, lot of brand names. Good layout of the shops. New extension is going on this will make it even better. Nearly all shop occupied. When i was there it was not to busy. Good to spend some time before going KLIA.
Sanjit Singh (16/12/2016 14:47)
Great place to shop and score good deals on a variety of things. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. Also avoid on school holidays and public holidays as it tends to be packed. Definitely worth a trip as it's a spacious and well designed mall.
Ng Khong Loon (12/12/2016 08:45)
Places to shop for branded with a much lower price, although it's located but far from the city but still worth if you think budget but branded is your main concern .
It is ideal for people that have ample time before their flight departure.
The mall does have flight information to remind you as well.
Sometimes during weekend the outlet will provide extra discount, which comes with a price to pay, which is queing up.
CL Hong (19/11/2016 14:52)
Nice and comfort mall. Found many clothing sold at discount, although its out of seasons, still fine for me.
Jay T (18/11/2016 03:10)
All year round sale. Whooping shoe sale. Got Chucks for only MYR 89. Great deal!
Tony Singh (17/11/2016 19:05)
Big modern mall. close to KLIA with a free bus link. Easy parking. Not so many bargains to be had here but good selection of shops and food.
Wei Jen Thor (20/10/2016 09:38)
Cozy spacious shopping. Most major brands are there. Have to look hard for bargains. There is also flight information the strategic corners so that you don't get carried away and miss your flight and there are free shuttle services to the airports. Entrances and exits are a challenge, if you miss a turn, it is a big detour to get back.
Hadi Yazid (01/10/2016 15:22)
I travel frequently and I love sushi. So I always come here for some Japenese delights before my flight. And it has Coffee Bean too!
Lé Coq Grandé (07/08/2016 10:45)
Spacious, modern and clean. I'd avoid the weekends. Not sure about the prices of some of these goods. They're not that much cheaper than the actual stores. F&B prices are expensive. Similar to what you'd expect at Airports.
Christine Lam (07/08/2016 05:24)
Unlike JPO, Mitsui Outlet Park is a closed mall-like complex, air-conditioned and relaxing. Variety of shops are lesser than JPO. Restaurants and the food court serves up a wonderful mix of dishes, from local to Japanese and western. Would come here for food and drinks more than the shopping.
Lycoris Goh (01/08/2016 04:07)
This place is similar with Johor Premium Outlet (Johor) as it has the same difficulties to find the mall entrance. But here have more F&B restaurant and indoor with air-cond! JPO is open air with no air-cond~ Haha...lolz....
However, not than huge place compare to JPO and most of the brand here is international brand so things here is a bit pricey~
Came here if you have checked-in but the flight is delayed or 4-5 hours ahead.... or you have just arrived Malaysia then this is a good place to explore before heading to Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
There is a FREE Shuttle bus to the airport...Woohoo~!!
Amir Amha (28/07/2016 02:42)
Stuck in jam on the way up to KL? there's satay kajang haji shamuri here.
