Not too many options for fast food before clearing immigration. Food is fine like other branches but the environment needs some more attention.

The cleanliness at the McD klia needs to be improved. Slow service and unclean.

Being a fast food chain, this is possibly one of the slowest in terms of service, also it be good if the staff look less "angry" and the up keep and cleanliness of the place can be further improved. :-).
It's very inefficient and slow. Queue is long, only one counter is open and service is slow Come on McDonald this is ridiculous!!!
Can the operator of this outlet, please open more counters during peak hours and relook at your ordering process to shorten customer wait time? Your queue system is bad.
Please don't take your customers for granted.

If this McDonalds was a car, it would be a 2 and a half wheeled bus. The service was extrodinarily slow; nearly half an hour to receive our food with only a moderate line.
And in an airport, waiting this long for what should be fast food is unexceptable.
They continue to use the old-styled "one at a time" ordering & serving system. Everyone would get food much faster if they gave customers numbered receipts and had a designated pick up counter.

The worst Mc Donald I`ve ever been. We are waiting here because for connecting flight. They had problem with machine which makes coke, sprite, fanta etc at the lunch time, so instead they offer us to choose from water, ice tea and ice chocolatte. We chosed an ice chocolatte, but at the cashier they told us, that we had to pay 5 ringitt more because we chosed ice chocolatte, despite of the fact, that they offer it as an alternative drink.
Now i wanted some coffe to wake up, but guess what? They have problem with some water maschine, so they are not able to make any hot drinks. Terrible service!

Good place, services are ok not very fast and they don't have any vegetarian options.

They usually like to upsell their meals here, defaulting to medium or large meals. Ask for small meals if your not keep to upsize

Good McDonald's at the departure lounge of KLIA. Open 24 hrs and offers the usual McDonald's menu. Service was quick

This review is for the café. Nice "quiet" (it's in an airport!) place to kill some time before departure. The service here was the best I've ever had at McDonald's - the waitress mixed up my credit card payment, but then she wrote "sorry" with chocolate sauce on my plate... so cute! 😀 That alone is worth 6 stars!

As McDonalds go, this is just ok. The service is very slow as others have said. However in a terminal with nothing much in it, it's an ok place to sit and kill some time.

Served a RAW chicken burger with loads of pink bits in it ! Showed the staff and they were extremely rude and just said OK. No refund. Awful service on top of awful food.

Pretty good spot for a coffee & sit down, with power spots (as long as you have an adaptor) and comfy seats available.

Burgers were hastily made, staff gave me the death stare and upsized my meal without asking and later on refused to entertain my questions on why she did so.
