Golden lounge is available to business class or MH Enrich gold card travellers. This lounge is newly revamped. The food choices have not increased or improved though. It is now more spacious. Waffle with ice cream is new addition. The noodle offering cooked on the spot is the same as MAS other golden lounges. Frequent travellers will most likely get bored of it.

Very nice and beautiful lounge for Business class. Situated at first floor of Kualalumpur international airport near Gate C and M. Only way to reach is by lift, no elevators. Staff is courteous and helpful. Usually less crowded because it allows only business class. Many varieties of food and drink available for all age groups. Bar is separate with good variety of wine and scotch, less options for 🍻 🍻 beer. There are separate counters for fresh coffee, sandwiches and wraps and noodles. Water and cold drinks available in abundance. There is a shower room, napping room separately for males and females. Smoking room is at the corner, but remember to carry your own match box or lighter. Wash rooms are clean and hygienic. Laptop and mobile charger are just below every chair / sofa.

Missed opportunity to really launch a flagship First Class lounge, a new shiny entrance, some new soft furnishing and carpets and new bathrooms. But on balance It’s barely noticeable. Same old dreary food, even the menus are unchanged, bone dry tandoori chicken, stale sandwiches, processed desserts. The same stale bread, super limited snack selection as before. Nothing special or Malaysian about the design or offering given it’s a first class lounge. Such a shame and a missed opportunity.

Upgraded about 12 months ago. Spacious comfortable welcoming. All the staff are helpful happy and a pleasure to talk to. Food range is simple but delicious and quickly replenished. Previous to upgrade too much food and a lot of waste. Everything you could want plus a noodle bar.
I look forward to visiting when I fly overseas.

After the renovation. I am quite impressed with the newer more spacious lounge. With everything in good quality. It's very relaxing to spend some time here before the flight.

One of my favorite lounges in the world, great selection of food and drinks.
If you like Aviation, the view of the runways and airplanes ✈️ is one of the best in the world.... I just spotted the new A350-900 of Malaysaia Airlines 😉

It's not bad per se... but the food is really sub par. I feel bad for the chefs... maybe they should try another job and they could hire people who can actually cook for the lounge? In fact the food is quite nasty. Otherwise this could be really a great lounge. The staff is nice.

It was my first time at the lounge and was fairly impressed by the setting. I like the use of soft lighting which creates a nice ambient environment. Often while travelling (I travel a lot for work), I like to unwind at the lounge. The MAS Golden Lounge certainly provided that.
With regards to food, I only had the curry laksa which was nice and filling. The cook serving was also friendly and treated me with a pleasant smile. I did walk around to the buffet but it didn't catch my attention.
I also used the shower facilities. It was well maintained and clean. The amenities was good. I only found it a little strange that I had to provide my boarding pass to get the towels given that I can only be in the lounge if I had already scanned my boarding pass.
Overall, it was a good experience and I will certainly use the lounge again when travelling to Kuala Lumpur.

Newly renovated Golden Lounge at Main Terminal boost a new look for the Frequent and business class passenger. Food variety remains the same with not much choices. Being a frequent flyer of 4-5 trips a month , it’s the same food every morning . It’s a good place to relax and chill out before a flight but don’t expect a good meal over here.
Service is good overall.

The newly renovated satellite lounge (business class/enrich gold/oneworld sapphire) boasts a more modern and spacious area. This includes a hawker/food court-themed noodle bar section.
It still maintains the concept of food being spread out across several stations the length of the lounge. This makes it quite an effort to find out all the food available and to get servings. (Other lounges typically keep the food section more centralised.)
It also removed the business centre, but have bench tables in the lounge with lots of power outlets.

Nice first class lounge with fine dining service. The sitting area is nice too but the snack and self-service bar is poor, so as the foods and drinks there. I recommend you stay longer at the dining area. There is a smoking room at the end of the lounge. The lounge is usually not crowded.

Sept 16 and 24,2017 : Loves the Platinum Lounge. The service is good and the food choices better. Good recognition for frequent traveller! The Gold Lounge at the main Satellite building is good too. I sometimes head there if I don’t need any chef prep food.

Extremely spotty internet that stops working most of the time. Comparable to American Airlines flagship lounges in the USA. Good not great, selection of food, limited selection of alcohol, but great service with a smile. This review is for the 1st class lounge.

Old tired lounge but serves decent light meals and beverages. Spacious but need a major overhaul to compete with other Airlines.

The domestic lounge has no hot water for shower. Was told,, energy saving. Shameful. Store room was open, dirty and 2 cleaners chatting in side.
International lounge,,, long queue for shower. Dirty toilet seats. Used toilet paper still can be seen. Why need to deposit boarding pass in exchange for towel!

The satellite lounge is a tad bigger than the main lounge on the other side of KLIA. The satellite lounge serves gates C1 to C37. The place has a good buffet spread and fantastic views of the aerobridges. Lots of space and a little library corner as well. Service could be a tad better given its MAS's flagship airline club but it's decent by most standards. Very pretty entrance as well.

Excellent lounge overall, food selection was great with live cook noodle. Very spacious, ample seats and comfortable furniture. Most staffs were not professional and lazy, except one man looks like MH staff (looks like in charge of the lounge) and one Malay lady managing the shower stuff, they are professional and friendly. An Indian old man who managed the shower was very weird, rude and impolite. Shower room is a bit dirty. Wonderful relaxation room for overnight with blanket provided, but two people was snoring terribly. This lounge seems to be operated by third party rather by MH itself. At midnight the door connecting business and first class lounge was not locked, I wandered to the other side but didn't find too much difference.

Fairly large lounge with nice views but the food is extremely minimal, basic and disappointing in choices. Even the coffee machines are terrible but WiFi is ok. Got very very busy after 8:30am with most seats already taken so get here early.

Visited during my transit period at KLIA. It's a well facilitated lounge with a good ambiance. They had a decent range of food items in buffet style and all were delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Excellent service and fantastic ambience ... Ideal resting and place to rejuvenate yourself during long haults. ..
The food is amazing and the best part is the people here is very warm and welcoming. .
