HIDDEN COSTS AND WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Upon our arrival to Malaysia KLIA2, we checked in 2 bags for 10 days and paid RM730. Five days before we were due to collect our bags, our travel plans had changed and we emailed and called them to find out if it would be an option to extend our luggage storage under the same ticket. They have a table that shows pricing DECREASING ( I have attached image of their rates too) if you keep luggage stored for longer periods. With this information in addition to their misleading communication to us, we were under the impression that they would calculate our entire storage over 26 days. However, they had broken it up into 10 days at RM730 and 16days at the very same rate. We were given the following reasons for their charges:
1. Our system is built that way- we do as it says on the screen
2. Other customers pay it, so why aren't you paying it?
3. You should have read the terms and conditions (which actually don't explain this)
4. We are doing you a favor by keeping your bags
After we asked to speak to their owner/boss, we were put through to a lady called Linda, who recited the same story. She ended up telling me she was actually just a supervisor and couldn't make any decisions.
We could have made many other storage arrangements if we knew that they were going to be unscrupulously charging us. We made a decision to leave our bags there, based on the info they presented us.
And if you have a VISA card, good luck swiping it there, we had to go draw cash upon arrival and walk to another luggage storage outlet of theirs upon collection just to pay.
It was a nightmare to deal with this company and we will never use them again!

Too expensive. Would have been cheaper to get a room for 3 pieces of luggage and the service is horrible. Was late an hour and they charged me a whole extra day. Malaysia used to be a good place for customer service, what happened?
