Klia2 the biggest airport only for one airlines - airasia
The varieties of food here are affordable and a lot of seats for rest as well

Its world class Budget terminal and also good example of managing the passenger baggage by him/herself .There are self -automated kiosk and you can check in and print your own baggage tag yourself and drop it .
Although its budget terminal there is plenty of area of shopping and dining . If you are transit to KLIA terminal , prepare the time ( 10 Min -30 min to shuttle service , and Take train between KLIA terminal )

This new Air Asia budget terminal is a vast improvement on the old terminal. Unfortunately expect to walk long distances and signage is confusing and not 100%. Ask for directions if in doubt as the staff there are very friendly. There are electric shuttle buggies at key points to get you around if you have mobility problems. They usually run every 10 minutes. There is a food hall with the major fast food chains, local food and a few bars. I recommend going to the Sama Sama Lounge upstairs if you have an extend transit wait. There's a smokers room downstairs but no functional smoker rooms in the three transit halls L, P and Q.

For Indians you can get something to eat in taste of India restaurant, good place. Smoking zone also available.

Nice airport but be carefull with taxi. Use grab to know price.

KLIA express is not necessarily a good deal at 55rm pp, if travelling with two or more ppl. A grab to the centre of town (and thus directly to your hotel) is about 60 something, though not including tolls (don't know how much they are).

Great Transit Airport. Good food and waiting areas. But the staff is a lil rude and buggy service not sufficient.. the area from one terminal to another is huge, so the buggy service should be increased.

This airport is one that you must only go if you fly out quickly. Do go there early as there is chances you will be delayed at the custom trying to come into the main airport. Do try to walk to your boarding gate earlier since passing through that is another feat. Restrooms are always wet regardless which one you go.

This is KLIA 2. You need you buy ticket 2RM to go to KLIA.

Good experience. Good places for eating, drinking coffee and massage. Although some issues are present. Toilets are smelly.

Had been a long walk way walking to immigration, toilet for woman is dirty a bit and smell. Nothing interesting or even make you feel comfortable.

Big airport specially built for budget airlines. So crowded. Lots of food outlets and amenities.

Just transit here from Bangkok to Surabaya. Not too special. I ate at the one of foodstall, the worker really arogant.

A white elephant, don't know what the designers were thinking when they designed the airport. Not user friendly at all and definitely not upto the standards of the old KLIA. This looks more like a shopping mall than an airport, imagine if someone was in a hurry and have to go to the last K gate...surely would miss the flight as the distance is just too much and circuitous for an average departure gate.

Facility and infrastructure is really good. But officers and most of the workers (Malaysians) are very very rude and can not speak proper english. Simply can not understand. Disgusted

Well it has facilities for long transit, like the shower which I really needed. The internet is free and pretty fast. There are food stalls and shops if you want to spend money before you go.

The Airport has all the modern shops and amenities. The design is somewhat head scratching. You have to go through numerous shops and long hallways just to reach gates. Be prepared for a hike

Mall is adjacent and convenient. No traffic going to this place, so no need to rush or you can stop by the mall while waiting for your flight.

It is neither a budget nor a premium terminal. A long walk through the shopping mall to reach the checkin - the design is just not passenger friendly. Check in counters are basic. Clearance through immigration can be a pain. Then another long and at times winding walk to international departure gates. The airport layout just aren't concerned with passengers!!

Shopping mall floor is convenient although it makes going to the departure gates a bit of a long walk. Service could be friendlier and better on ground floor for tourists wanting public transport to the city on the ground floor. Looks a bit old too,

Pretty good selection of reasonably priced restaurants in the food court but better and cheaper food and shopping in the area just outside of immigration that's attached to the airport near the train and bus boarding area.
Toilets are acceptable throughout.
Security line ups are usually minimal and security staff seem relaxed.
Flight announcements are unnecessarily frequent and loud especially at the gates but also in the main hall and even in the food court.
After final security check-in, the departure gate areas are considerably less comfortable: too cold, hard seats, no free drinking water and minimal food options. At least there are recently installed potable water fountains (AFTER a gauntlet of 2rmb cups of water that give the impression of no free water available). Spend more time in the main arrival hall if possible.
