This hotel is in KL City Centre, you can go walking to a lot of interesting places. Rooms are quite comfortable and the staff is always happy to help. The fitness room is also good with a lot of new cardio machines.
The only handicap is the wifi connection, it's not enough at all to play music or films via streaming for people from others countries, the bandwidth is not good, but the connection is working well for e-mail checking and common Internet access.

1. Service is bad
2. Dirty room, Bed sheet never change
3. Bugs all over the place, as well in bed
4. Toilet are smell very bad
5. Staff response are slow (no cares)
6. Price not equal with service
7. Surprisingly, not as others Novotel standard

“Great Hotel with Great location”
The hotel is located in the city center, 5 min walk from aquarium and 10min walk from the twin buildings. the service level is absolutely great, we were treated as special guests. the breakfast is great, diverse and very tasty. would stay there again if going to kl again.

Location of hotel is strategic, best for people who like shopping.
Facility and services of hotel is good.
One thing should be pay attention by management, the carpark is very narrow. Hard to turn up, the corner is very narrow. A lots of car hit the wall, eventhough Kancil.
My suggestion is maybe management empty the place which located in front of corner.

The worst hotel I've been. While we don't expect spectacular service, we expected the standard service.
1) Lift during peak time (breakfast) was impossible. We waited for 20 min and everytime the doors opened, they were full. So we decided to take the service lift (with permission off course) and not surprising, our ride stopped after 4 floor and a couple visitor also used the service lift (guided by the hotel staff).
2) The breakfast was full to and we had to sit on the 1st floor restaurant but were appalled that they would not refill the buffet until we asked.
3) The bathroom was mouldy.
4) Worst of all, we were out for half the day and was back around 3:45pm and 4/5 rooms were not cleaned. We saw the cleaners outside so we thought we just asked for clean towels. Cleaners advised they no longer have towels and we have to wait until 6pm.
5) I forgot to mentioned, when we arrived yesterday, 2 of our rooms were not ready until 5pm.
If you want to experience the less than standard service, this hotel is a real winner for that.

P.j.Young must not have stayed in many hotels.We have stayed here many times and have found staff and amenities great.
Can recommend to all. Centrally located to everything . Will be back.
