Ok for a post flight stop when not a lot of other airport options. If the lounge is busy across from it then this is a better spot as you also can get in with local bank cards for a calsberg.

Ask to go to this resturant because plaza premium lounge is full. The spread in this resturant is basic and not better then premium lounge.

Good food unless you have an allergy to MSG (monosodium glutamate) and there is no mention of it on the menu. Any chef worth his/her salt avoids this toxic substance... so enough said.
And excellant service if you have staff that dont even ask if you are ok, or apologise, or offer a glass of water even when you politely tell them to let the chef know that there is obviously that toxic substance in the food because your glands have swelled up on one side of your face... AND not only that, but turns around to blame you and say "you should have told us!!"
So yeah... i would never go back!

The position of restaurant + lounge is good. As some people do not want to enjoy the buffet and wanted to have a drink with friend which they do not have the free access given by the bank.They call order ala carte.

Truly awful service and food. Just walked out. Service slow and unable to get an order correct. Bringing parts of meal out before others. Worst though was the half chicken which was stone cold in the middle. They took it back and supposedly cooked a new one and it was the same. Then they tried to charge me for it!! This is supposedly a signature dish. Hope the food poisoning doesn’t kick in on my 13 hour flight! I will be back in touch with them.

Food was average. But the service, way below average. Told a waiter that I ordered an "Ice" Americano but haven't received, he pointed to the bar counter n walked away. Yes, I went there and got it myself!

Poor service.
I use to give high praises of this place for good food and service and am a regular here. Almost 2-3 times a month. However the past 6 months have seen a decline in both quality of food and staff services
Until they improve, there are many better places to spend your money.

If you're having breakfast, their selection is pretty good, and it's cheaper than O'Brien sandwiches! Service was decent since I was one of two patrons there. In fact the barista gave me a very happy Good morning! greeting, so that was nice.

This place is my preference over premium lounge because it's not so crowded. The service is only average. The food, acceptable.

I couldn't tell you if the food was good because the service was so bad I left. After sitting down I told the waitress that I was ready to order as she gave me the menu. The best guess I could hazard was that she went to get her note pad for my upcoming complex order (1 nasi lemak, no drinks). She didn't return for 5 minutes... Then 10.... Then 20... Then I left.

Healthiness screams loud in Flight Club. Nuts and seeds is the concept, we were impressed with the array of dishes we were served during this food review. Nice. Though some were just so subtle in tastes, others captivated our palates. Cheese cake with beet ice-cream had to the winner, and the concoction of fresh juices also came very close.

Good quality mains and 33rm for a long island iced tea in a airport, this place rocks. Service is a bit slow, true. But hey, i had 2 hours to kill.

Horrible service from the 4 jokers behind the counter. So rude. The worst sandwich I have ever had. Got 2 bites down and threw the rest out. Disgusting food.

I always choose to dine at Flight club before my flight. They serve good food, and they got place to charge my notebook and handphone.

Terrible service. Slow. Inefficient. No customer service. For an airport cafe is needs to get its act together and learn how to serve customers promptly.

Food is so-so. service is extremely slow, with staff taking up to 5/10mins after I'm seated to provide a menu, after which another 5 mins of some frantic hand waving before they take my order.

The Food is average. Salad bar dressing I had seems spoilt. Tasted weird. Overall environment of the place is soothing and relaxing.

They got the order wrong 3 times (forgetting items) and then I bit into a sharp shard of chicken bone in my wrap.
