Nice pool, iffy air con, we had to change rooms. Reasonable food. Regular shuttle bus service to the airport, free of charge. Not exactly luxurious, but perfectly comfortable.

Put up overnight by Malaysia airlines. This hotel is grim they certainly wouldn't put their staff their. I've thrown away better towels.

This hotel is about an hour drive from KL city center and about 20min drive from KLIA1 and have free shuttle bus service throughout the day. The hotel rooms are quite old fashioned and not in a very good condition but kinda ok to spend a night if u have an early morning flight!
Couldn’t control the AC in the room and also the wifi at the hotel is just too bad. I couldn’t even check my emails. But they do offer a buffet breakfast.
Also, apparently they do have a pool and a small gym somewhere in the hotel, but I didn’t knew about it until after i checked out. There were no instructions from the hotel staff or signs pointing to those facilities anywhere in the hotel.
Overall it’s an OK hotel for that price if u have an early morning flight, but I’d rather choose a different place next time.

Was a decent hotel. They don't tell you that there are specific times for the shuttle so be mindful of that. When we said we were coming into KLIA I was told to wait at post 9. Not that it didn't run past 8pm dispite my flight not arriving until 10. The breakfast was great though and we had a good sleep.

The Front service check in counter was very inconvenient , already paid the hotel through Agoda and request for 2 joining rooms when booked 2 rooms since 1 month ago . Because we are travelling with 4 kids and 2 adults . Did not considerating that we were travelling with family and had been told that our request was not valid . Rooms were also did not have air cond controller , too cold especially at night . Need more improvement and reconditioning due to old and dusty casrpet .TQ

If you like old rundown Hotels this is for you seen better days you can not control the air-con in any of the rooms so its very cold you have to wear cloths in bed also there is a safe but done of then work here is no tap on the Toilet hose there manager does not care about his gusts

It's quite a good hotel. But always remember to book a cab one hr prior so that the means could be arranged. Few switches doesn't work and staff needs improvement on customer service.

One of the most horrible experience I had to date. Came during the sea games, and since I am not one of the VIPs they treated me like I would hate even if I was staying for free. They charged rm10 for an extra towel (not a deposit fyi), the air conditioning did not work and did not fix even after I called, no included breakfast, room service left the door unlocked without me being there, very little parking.
However, the plusses are, close to a 7eleven, kfc, mamak stalls. Nicely pressed sheets and fairly clean.
I would not stay here again, many other hotels for this price range.

For those who are looking to do a visa run like me and don't want to travel far this is an excellent location. Close to airport. Clean & safe hotel. Rooms are slightly dated but that's secondary. Staff are friendly and the reception area is impressive. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Surrounding area looks too shady for me so I wouldn't recommend women traveling alone to choose this hotel (albeit the indoor cafe, you may need to eventually step outside to look for better choices of food). The hotel looks old from the outside, okay in the lobby and back to old look inside the room (wooden furnitures with scratch marks, old TV, stained carpet etc). Of course thats not a big deal if you're hear for a quick stop. But if you have plenty of time to kill, good luck keeping yourself entertained.

It's the biggest hotel in sepang. And it's usually full during racing season. There's a shop near Infront of the hotel that has alot of history and alot of racing memorabilia, on some occasions when F1 season comes to Malaysia. You can sometimes meet the pit crew eating there

Stayed here as complement by Malindo Air because of to missed flight due to miscommunications by the airline company. The hotel was decent and basic but good enough as a transit hotel. Food was good but lacking some facilities i.e kids plates and cutleries. There were no bell boy to assist nor staff to assist baggage transfer during early mornings (beware non-minimalist travelers), so I had to carry a lot of my stuff by myself during checkout at 3:50am. Not easy to get public transport. Surrounding area was residential area with a lot of local restaurants and marts.

Comfortable hotel, convenient stay.
But the room airconditioning was too cold. Freezing even tho i was wearing 2layer of long pants, 2layer of long sleeve shirt plus 1jackets and under the bed comforter, still shaking.
Plus i specifically said need transport to Erl station at 6.15am (pay RM15per person), when i go down on 6.05am, the receptionist did not known about it. Then have to wait until 6.25am, and cause me to miss the 6.30am erl by 3 minutes.
Then i accidentally left my charger and power bank in hotel lobby, and it went missing. I know this was not the hotel fault, but then it add up on what frustrated me with this hotel.

A/C not really functioning, complain to reception and yet the A/C still problematic, location near KLIA, sepang circuit and mitsui outlets park. (Within driving distance, not walking distance)

The room was so warm. We had complaints about it not less than five times. We changed a new room but the air conditioner was still suck. A bad experience. Really not recommended.

Very basic 3 star hotel. Popular with the F1 crowd. Relative proximity to KLIA makes is a sensible low cost overnite option. Surrounded by shops including grocery shop, 7-11, bundle (pre-loved clothes) shop, barber shops.

The airconditioned in the room was very warm. No respond even after numerous complaints. The security guard also will not assist the disabled even as simple as providing parking for wheelchair users. The tv remote & plug mulfunctions. Tertible internet access.

The room that we stayed in came with an airport voucher and the air conditioner in that room was the worst I have ever seen in my life. It's too far from the airport. Other than that it's an alright old fashioned hotel.

The hotel was good, but place is not. Not recommended staying here for watching race at sepang. Transportation was very bad and expensive

Staying in this hotel,I feel thatI have been robbed, the location of this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and they don't provide shuttle to airport, my flight is 8am, they offer a ride charging 60 Rm (20 usd) that I have no choice but accept.This hotel deserved minus 5 stars

Very bad hotel. It is cheap and we did not expected a lot, but the aircon was blowing cold in our faces,on top of the bed, you can't stop it is generaly operated, so we stayed for few hours till our next flight, but left sick
