Excellent company, went there when Avis didn't want to give me a car because they wanted an IDP (even though this isn't a requirement). I suspect they just gave my car to someone else.
At Europcar, they offered me to choose between several cars and I got a nice Proton Preve, hassle-free and very quickly. Will come back again.
They also open at night for you upon request.

Dreadful experience. I rented a Proton Exora from Europcar at KLIA. I was given a car with dents all over, a displaced front bumper and 90000km on the clock. I reluctantly took it from the airport, only to find that it had a faulty vibrating engine and a lack of power. I took it back the next morning. No one was at the Europcar airport counter at 10am on a Friday morning. It took numerous calls to get someone to appear after half an hour. It then took over an hour for them to replace it with a new Nissan Almera. This was a nice car. In all my years of renting cars all over the world, the car I was initially given was the worst I have ever received. Avoid Europcar at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I visited KL last week and tried to rent a Myvi from them. They gave me some vehicle I had never heard of with 90,000 miles on it, the breaks didn't work, and the passenger door didn't shut all the way. Obviously, I brought it back the same day (even though had rented it for 4). The employee upon returning it was friendly but had little insight as to how to get a refund. Since then, I've called literally 40-50 times and am yet to have someone answer the phone or return my emails. I'm currently out about $450USD (aka a small fortune). Please take my advice and use a trusted company.
