35 minute wait to get cold burger . Staff stand around chatting dont seem to have any idea about service

I had a very poor experiences with Café Espresso at LCCT on 21/12/2013. I was there around noon to board 3:15pm flight to Chiangmai. It was the travelling peak season and the terminal was full of people. Everyone was rushing for a quick bite and I was at Café Espresso to purchase my lunch. The Q was long and I was the 5th one on the Q and there were few more people behind me. Some of customers were complaining among themselves about the slow services. The café was short of staff and I saw a few staff were idle around and did not help out the cashier and only one cashier was opened. When I was served I told the staff that their services were poor, they should expedite the services since everyone here was rushing to board the flight. The staff commented that I was the one who were late to the airport, don't complain since others are alright to queue and told me to be earlier next time. I think Kuala Lumpur International Airport should look into this matters, you should only lease out the place to a responsible company since KLIA is first gateway tourists arrived, irresponsible café or outlet would only jeopardise our country image. I urge the Café to improve and KLIA to look into the matter seriously
