Pretty happy with the service, there's space for improvement. I was asked to move my sitting because the section was close and probably don't expect great coffee as it tasted milky with a hint of coffee. Convenient place to grab a bite, charge your devices and relax while waiting for your flight since they open 24 hours

Can't fault them at all even though they gave me beef instead of chicken which I had clearly asked for. I didn't eat the beef though.
Yummy. Would I come again? Yes, for sure.

Worse service ever. I just go there for their vegetable wrap that I ask to veganise but most of time they makes mistakes adding cheese despite I tell them many times to don't put it. Minestrone also good. This time they made the potato with cheese and wasted time to have made remade, then they terminated the plastic bags for take away... they are kind but very low skill and preparation.

Can confirm what Jonathan said. We also sat there for more than 30 minutes waiting for food. Two of the three dishes eventually arrived, we cancelled the third. Asked for the bill, which never came, so I went up to the counter and there were three other people there either demanding refunds or cancelling orders because they'd been waiting so long.
The guy at the register was sulky and unresponsive, refusing to even look at anyone while he fiddled around doing god knows what. Eventually I just slapped some money on the counter and we left.
The place wasn't even a quarter full, and most of the customers were in the process of leaving or complaining.
This is an airport cafe belonging to a chain - you would think speed was essential when people are on their way to get flights, but the staff just couldn't be bothered.
Utterly awful.

Jesus this place has the worst service ive ever experienced in a fine coffee shop. I've been sitting I this booth for nearly 45 minutes and none of the wait staff have even acknowledged my presence our taken my order.
They must not need the business, our care about noncustomers using their facilities.
I implore all who need a nice comfy seat but don't want to buy anything to come try Dome's seats as it's obvious that they won't care, just the like manager didn't care when he/she hired these servers...

Terrible experience, first i enter there in a rush , a lady named Githa asked rudely to go to next book shop to grab a sandwich , then i asked my kids want to eat here , then she hesitatly took the order, i clearly asked to dine here but they packed the sandwiches without wedges or fries and later gave it in pletes again without fries and then the lady ( Githa ) literally pushed my daughter's hand to keep the plate. One of the server was nice and he apologized for not giving fries , then in the end they charge for water bottle and then they didn't actually gave it.

Its fasting month and i know some staff arr already not in the mood. But don't show your emotion and sour face to customer and grumble to your colleagues.
Not professional manner and spoilt the mood overall.
If you cannot take it , don't work during fasting month and afternoon.

Pretty standard Dome outlet, not impressive by European standard but pretty awesome for Asian like me. A good place for waiting your flight for sure.

Horrible service!
Ordered two sandwiches, the first one cane after 50 minutes!! We had already asked for it twice and we were the only ones at the cafe. By this time we had to leave in order to not miss our flight, so I asked for the second one to be brought in a take away bag. 20 minutes later I had still not gotten my sandwich, though I had already payed 45 MYR for it - and had to leave without it. The staff did not seem to care at all!
