normal only. got swimming pool and breakfast but no nice.
room rate is too expensive with what we get. receptionist not so friendly.

Good but nothing wow for the price u pay. everything just average.. Needed a lot more when u charge around rm180-200 p/night

Hotel/Service residence is new and clean but lacking in facilities and expensive. Room does not have valuables security safe and does not have basic phone to call for stuff from the front desk or housekeeping.

Stay isn't too bad but the noise level of nearby bars/pubs is horrible. Loud music every night even on weeknights. The amount of flies at the coffee house is crazy, can start a fly farm.

New, strategic location and good view. Basic facilities but the bathroom is clogged. Lousy breakfast, felt like uncooked and just out from the refrigerator.

2 stars is meant for the staff friendliness and warmness.
The rest will be my comments on why 2 stars on unsatisfactoriness.
1. Whole building was a rushed job and improper hand-over from the Main contractor. Either the developer no money to pay or the Main-Cont didn't get payment or something similar.
2. All construction residual are all over the place. Starting from the Parking entrance where all the construction left over and tools and surrounding the bay. Worst the parking floor are not even cleaned yet.
3. On the main entrance, the lobby is huge and nicely decorated. The only comment here will be the lift. Total whole building consists of 16 floor if not mistaken but only served with 2 lifts. Yes 2 lifts...which are used by guest, cleaners, bellboy, construction workers and etc. It takes around 10mintues or more to get a chance to enter the lift. Finger crossed that the other lift wouldn't breakdown.
4. Safety is another major concern here. Due to rushed and unfinished construction work. There are tons of improper touch-up that might be hazardous to the guest. The worst is the open cable for the pole light next to the pool. All terminals are left exposed and no one doing another about. Another one will be the main lobby rooftop glass panel which was shuttered due to accident I believed. It wasn't replaced and leave it there even with guest walking day in day out. I wonder is there a proper CF issued for this hotel ??
5. Unclear SOP of the front desk, even simple check in and out are messy and confused among the workers. Not to say they are incompetence but just not sure where to find things and complete the job. Probably due to freshieness.
There are good potential of this Hotel to do better due to its strategy location in front of the famous PD waterfront. With tons of food and beverages surrounding it.
Others stuff I like. The new of everything, including the bath room, the bed, the tiles, and etc. Inside the room so far acceptable. But not the walkway and common area though.
