Called front desk and asked if EPL football game is shown on room tv, answer no.
Asked if EPL football game is shown in any outlet in the hotel, answer no.
Having dinner, asked waiter if live game is shown in any outlet, told me cumulus shows but no audio.
Went to watch EPL match at cumulus because staff said the game was not on room tv. No fan/s around the bar. Damn warm, apparently management is aware of the lack of ventilation but has refused to do anything.
Came back to the room after the match, all sweaty @ 1015, & maintenance is fixing room aircon.
Switched the channels around and found that EPL games are shown on room tv.
Received very high reviews of the hotel but it is a HUGE disappointment. Check in at 3pm, room floor sandy, asked for double bed, but gave us 2 single beds joint.
The service staff are good, but the management needs to wake up and live up to the status they are selling to the public.
Will never recommended this hotel to anyone.
