Spent 5 hours here to catch an early flight the next morning. Staff over the counter are friendly. They'll provide you with towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, locker for your luggage and slippers. Put your luggage in the locker because it won't fit in your capsule with you in it. The capsules are so tiny you can't even stand up in it. There's no door to your capsule, only a roll down blind. We had a total stranger rolling up our blind mistakenly in the middle of our sleep because that person got the wrong capsule. the surrounding area around the capsules are dimly lit which could make it difficult to spot your capsule but one couldn't have forgotten where his/her capsule is. Bathroom is tiny as well, especially the sink and shower area. The sink is so small and positioned in such a way that it could be impossible to make use of properly and the auto shut off tap with timer only makes things worse. They painted the bathroom black and again dimly lit so it's not easy to see if it's clean or not. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no choice and only need to shut your eyes comfortably for a few hours or even shower.

First time stayed in a capsule hotel. Handy location, not very clean, can see other people' hair on the lining. Always disturbed by people in other capsules. In my area (male only), there are 3 showers in total, one has broken shower mixer handle so you can not have water from the shower head. The other two both have drain problem, have to finish my shower in dirty water. After I told the hotel, they didn't feel sorry for that, and seems have no intention to fix it. They only offered me to do shower again in another bathroom. Will never stay here again.

Great place to have a short nap if you're travelling alone. The shower and toilet rooms are very small, not clean and basin is leaking. Suggest to go to the toilet of airport opposite of the hotel. Check in from 8am to 4pm to enjoy special rate (RM 55 for 6-hour single capsule).

from the outside it looks modern and clean. i went for „shower only“ for 25 myr. they provide you a bag with towel and toothbrush set. disappointment is inside: showers are tiny, one of two showers is broken, shower and toilet area is dirty. no reaction after telling the front desk staff. i think they only make a good business because there is no competition.

Styled looking design. Price is cheapest in compare with other hotel in klia2. If you need sleep one night it ok. In one person capsule , there are no door, so sometimes it is noise made by the naughty neighbors. The capsule does not isolate the noise sound extremely. Bathroom is clean with provided soap.

Good for a short term solo stay. What I found annoying is even after I paid online they wanted a 90RM deposit for the towels. Now I only had US$100 notes, lucky I had some Hong Kong dollars on me, which they accepted. The capsules have nice bedding, but it was too warm inside. There was no air circulation. The baths are grungy and not clean or well maintained. I ended up taking a shower later in the Plaza Premium lounge.

Very convenient. Easy to book. Reasonable prices. Ideal if you have an early flight at the break of dawn and don't want to rush to the airport at 3 a.m. The place is clean and comfortable with good facilities like shower rooms, lockers and a lounge.

It was a lot better when I first stayed around 5 years ago because it's less crowded and clean. Now, it's so packed. You have to book in advance and it's not cheap. The place isn't as clean as well. The online site booking is horrible. After you book, they don't send an email for the confirmation, reference number or invoice. Also, they don't respond to their email costumer support. Have to contact their primary office.

Perfect for what it provides. Comfy mattress, clean sheets and pillow. Secure storage included, as is wake up call, air con, and power point for charging. Hot shower, towel and toothbrush and toothpaste provided too. No problem with noise, ear plugs provided if required.

Whenever I have an early flight, I tell myself to sleep on any benches in the airport. However, I always end up staying here (Single Bed - RM 90/6 hours). Aside from its convenience and simplicity, I enjoy having a personal space and the comfort of two snuggly pillows ! You also get a towel, toothbrush and a mineral water bottle. The toilet and lounge area is pretty cool too. The capsule though, is not soundproof, but you can request for ear plugs if the person next door snores too loud.

Finding the place from the arrival/transit area was a bit of a challenge. Staff didn't inform me of free Wi-Fi until I was about to leave. However, the location is really good. Situated at the Level 1 of KLIA2, it is close to a lot of shopping and food options. The place was quiet, clean, and relaxing. Shower area was not fully clean but I had a much needed shower after after and before my flights. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will come back and stay again.

A good place to stay if your in transit. Worth of what you pay. Clean though if your bed near to the CR/Shower it would be terrible because you will hear the water and the foot step. We had a nice stay.

Good and affordable place for a small nap in between lengthy layovers. Packages are sold in 6, 9, and 12 hours slots. Hotel is available for booking via Agoda and Expedia too.
They offer locker rental service too if you're not planning to catch a shut eye but need a place to safely stow away your luggage.

Located at KLIA2 ground floor.
Nearby bus hub, taxi and car rental service.
Very clean and secure. Comfortable.
A library is here, just in case you have insomnia.
Baggage storage.
Good resting place while waiting for flights.
Curry House and mini-market nearby.
For charges please refer to the 'photo on charges'.
Basically sleep capsules made in containers.
Not recommended for claustrophobics.
July 2017 More lockers added.
September 2017 Storage space is getting bigger.

Excellent resting place when you just need some sleep and shower while waiting for your next flight. 6 hours stay is sufficient for an early morning flight.

I arrived to the hotel at night with a reservation, and although they charge not by day, but bu 6 hour periods, they really are in not rust to get you in, 4 customers before me, 5 people in the reception area and still took them over 20 min to get me in. They sell the place as a capsule hotel, but is far from it. The space they gave me have not aircon ( in a container structure) so the temperature inside was way over 35 degrees, and for door only a broken curtain, so I could at all times see the hall and the hall could see me, and when I complained, they said they didn't have any other rooms, a lie, as while I complaint they kept taking new customers. The share bathrooms are disgusting, the noise and the temperature unbearable, and when I left, I hurt myself in the feet going down the small stair in the side, but when I returned the key, the nasty woman in reception asked me where is the towel, I did answer, in the room, obviously, and she made me went back to the room to pick it up, when I told her I just hurt my feet, she told me she don"t care and if I don"t go for the towel I wont get my deposit back.....a truly horrible place, too expensive for what they offer, you better outside waiting in the airport lounge, cooler and far less noisy

Capsule hotel it's good location. Inside airport KLIA2. But for bathroom (male) it's not to clean. But for bathroom of female is clean. Bed is good and comfortable. But sometime not to clean. The last I stayed there I found many hair on bed.

The place is great if you need to take a nap after a flight and you have a transit the next day or something... They provide everything like a real hotel with private rooms would do... just that keep this in mind, the toilets are shared toilets and you will be given a rectangle space which has a bed, small table, mirror and one light... it is very comfortable and affordable.. I am saying cause i have been here twice and have tried both the male and the mixed dorm... in the male dorm the toilet area is huge, while in the mixed dorm there are 4 toilets only and everything is crammed in that small space.... This is not a good hotel for people with claustrophobic issues ... their library is great ( i did not read the books) but their beam bags are fun... hahah

We arrived KLIA at 5AM, our next flight is 6PM. So we decided pay a queen container for 6 hours.
This hotel is great concept, clean, simple and decent priced. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Perfect place for transit!! Thank you containerhotel

Great place to stay if you are waiting for a flight home. It's a unique experience too. You should try it out. It's a bit pricey though.

A perfect resting place if you are an independent traveller on the go. I have stayed here for more than 3 times while I was on transit or when I arrived at the airport early morning and needed a freshening up before I get to work meeting in town. The minimum hours to use the capsule is 6 hours but you can pay RM30 to use the facilities such as lounge area, showers and toilet with complimentary towels and water bottles.

Good place to rest for the price. People say this is expensive but they obviously haven't compared the prices with other airports. Towel, toothbrush and water provided upon check-in. 80Ringgit for 6 hours and includes and shower. 100Ringgit for 8 hours. The worst part is the constructions and banging that goes on around the hotel. But the ABSOLUTE worst part is the inconsiderate staff who literally stomp up and down the stairs in their flip flops and it seems like they're doing it on purpose. They have to be. Or they lack a complete understanding of their self-awareness which i wouldn't be surprised. Manager needs to fix this.

First time in a capsule hotel - it was a good experience. ~$22 for a night's stay. Communal shower and bathrooms. Capsules have comfy bed, a pull down laptop desk, has a mirror, outlet, wifi. Capsules have curtains, not doors. You can also get a locker to store valuables if you'd like.

Good place to stay for short period rest but one should book online their spot else you are not going to get the place cost is like 80 for 6 hours of stay and you can extend it upto 12hours

I appreciate this is not the case for everyone, but I had a great sleep. It was also the best shower of my 5 week airbnb/hostel trip. Towel, toothbrush, and water provided. Pretty good deal.

Sometimes you miss your flight and need to stay overnight in the airport. This is better than sleeping on the floor. A lot better. Feel free to yell at the self-absorbed idiots who re-arrange their plastic shopping bags and suitcases before catching a 5am flight. They might be better behaved the next time.

A little expensive but not really confortable. You have to pay 80mr for 6 hours (include luggage). 100mr for 8 and 120mr for 10 hours. Its not really silent in your capsule. You can take bath in the washing room.

You need to pre-book early as the hotel usually filled up rather fast. Neither does it provide the comfort nor privacy as conventional hotel. But at a quarter or perhaps half the price of hotels surrounding, it is a good choice for transit travelers. It has large locker storage size of 61x43x88cm internally for guest only. They also provide you a bottle of water FOC. Inside there are hair and body shampoos and they will provide you a towel upon check-in. It's basic but being a regular traveler I have no problem getting a sleep despite the noises from surrounding. They do provide free ear plug upon request.

So, this should be my 5th stay here at capsule. Service is pleasant, value for money for a transit wait; great beds, although shower needs to be better maintained. Wi-Fi is inconsistent, amenities like slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste can run out at times which is annoying since it's listed as provided.

They charge 20 RM ( 5 eur ) for a shower which is overpriced for KL. The worst part is that the staff is unfriendly.

Was there on May 8th for 12h.
Very good, sleeping is a little bit hard, toilets were clean .Free bottle of water, capsule was clean, Wifi was ok.
Staff were nice, $20 deposit required, check in and out was fast.
It is about double the price if you walk in.
