The room/apartment is ok, working fine but old equipment ex, small crt tv. Breakfast is good with a few main options. Overall, it was ok with the price but not great.

Suitable place for a quick gateway especially for a family with kids. Apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Over the weekend, swimming pools always full with kids.

Very nice place neat and clean .. Room price very axpensive thats why not so many people...hope bayu beach resort think its to down a little bit the room price...so people can effort to come for vacation at bayu beach resort..

Just moderate hotel for your stay. Nothing extraordinary or cool i can say about this place. The pools and the beach by the hotel is totally perfect for family activities and outdoor games. The price is reasonable

I had my church's activities here. This place offers nice function rooms. We had our 3 meals here and we had it to our heart's content. I loved the varieties in the breakfast ! Smiles of the friendly staff definitely make you want to return a smile

Nice resort with excellent customer service. Especially their Front Office staff by the name Ms.Nithiya. very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work..

Affordable accommodation with nice view of the ocean. Room was ok albeit a bit old, of good value and size. Good size swimming pool, although not deep, with a slide for kids. Breakfast was ok with some options. The beach is one of the selling points of this hotel.

Old furniture.limited parking.promise 3pm check in but room only ready at 5pm.2hour late.

Very pleasent place. The receptionist named Santhiya is very sweet and helpful.
The beach is nice compared to other beaches in PD.
But the phone coverage is low here.
Other than that, all good 👍

reasonable price. worth breakfast RM25 per person, >5 menus. nice n clean beach. rooms and facilities equal to it's 3 star standard. WiFi not excellent enough to surf.

we came here for a weekend short holiday with the family. I chose this place, though the price was comparatively higher than other apartments because the review was good.
i took a 2 rooms apartment. the furnitures and toilet is dated with damp smell. there is only one toilet with another makeshift bath. the apartment looks very plain and not to my expectation when i paid almost double for a similar apartment around this area.
however the staff were friendly and efficient. morning breakfast was decent. swimming pool looks bad. beach was nice and private but would have been nice if they added some chairs and tables by the beach for the guests.

last month i went to bayu beach resort for family reunion, i took studio room . the room are so clean and the view so awesome. there is a wifi in the room. and the food are delicious and price are affordable. we are planing to do family outing in next year.

This is our third time staying here. The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and the breakfast spread is well balanced and delicious. Specials thanks to all staff.WIFI Is good.Room is neat an clean.Will definitely come back again.

Noisy at night caused by foreign workers or children running along the coridor. And sometimes you can hear d sound of furniture moving all night making it difficult to sleep

We enjoy dining here, even on day trips. Very tasty food, a good variety to choose from and portions are generous. Great service -- friendly staff is attentive and food is served quickly. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Sea-facing rooms offer spectacular views. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Best Resort I have ever stayed. Rooms were clean. We had our Youth Rivival Trip at this resort. It was a great Experience. Friendly staff. Delicious Food. Nice view from The Room Window. Fast Room Service.
I like the Artificial Motor boat Model near the Pool. At the Sitting Area..

My Boy Friend & I stay there on 5 March 2016 , the staff very helpful & friendly , the good selection meal on restaurant hotel than local area ,tasty chicken curry while breakfast +we miss the taste of their popcorn

Aircon sucks. Housekeeping poor. Moss was on the wall. Food was terrible and had no variety. Overall, poor destination choice. Oh! And there were cockroaches.

Lots of memory with BBR. My late father was pioneer and the man who make the Resort be like what you all look right now. Room 602, 402 and finally AG13 is the rooms / apartment that me n my mom live during 1994-1996 week ends. The beach reminds me about my Yamaha Wave Raider and SeaDoo SP. If the management of Bayu Beach Resort reads my comment, please take care of BBR. I would like to see BBR will stay there until my last breath. First of all, I would like to thank the staff for their courtesy in confirming my reservations. Most hotels don't do that especially when reservations done by e-mail.
Since I didn't have the opportunity to reply to their e-mail..(perhaps I was driving at that time) so I drove straight to the hotel and just checked in around 11 am at 11/01/2014. I am so impressed on the efficiency of the staff over there handling my reservations. The person in charge even gives me a drawn and verbal route to my deluxe 1 room no. 1130 to ensure comfortability of parking. The guards are so nice and attentive - upon seeing the car sticker, we are let in. The afternoon is wonderful. Had the opportunity to swim at the beach and enjoying the most beautiful sight along the coast - sunset. The next day at 12/01/2014, went to the Garden Terrace Restaurant and again, the display of courtesy by the staff over there are superb! Soon after, went to Cape Rachado and returned around 11 am. There was a small electrical surge while I was switching on the lights in the fusebox which made the main switch tripped - perhaps due to some of the lightings (bulbs) are out. Some are still functioning very well. I called up the operator who immediately despatched the maintenance boys. Once again, I am impressed.The only comments which I have made in the feedback form are about improvement. Checked out at 12.30 with good memories that is cherishable.Have stayed here before but this time it was totally different.If this has something to do with the new management or new strategy - let me be the first to congratulate again...it's working. Some people might find what I've said here are 'petty things' and that it is the customer's priority to know all these things - but to me; as a consultant, trainer & auditor; the display of courtesy provides the humble customer like me a great feeling of security and pleasantness - kind of VIP treatment.
