my family fave place to go for local food. Rendang itik, asam pedas kepala jenahak, ayam goreng, kerabu pucuk paku - must haves.

Very good option for Negeri Sembilan Masak Lomak delight. Very accomodating hosts too. And since the food is made by order, everything taste fresh and on point.
Definitely recommend their tempoyak ikan merah and masak lemak. Their pucuk paku dish is also superb.
I'm here at least twice a month =)

Great garden setting. Plants all around. Average food. Sambal tumis was bland and the cili paste was not well cooked.

Almost of the price are expensive, except for kepala ikan... the beverages also expensive and not satisfying with how they serve (how they look when serve) such as choc o cino. They serve this expensive coffee like teh tarik at mamak place... well it does not look expensive at all...

My last visit was very disappointing. Food too salty, expensive and the portion too small. Not a local Negeri Sembilan rendang style cooking.

The best place to eat...all food was delicious 😘 but just a tad bit pricey though

Love the place and the food. Worth the money spent. Always bring foreign friends to have a taste of local food. Gulai ikan tempoyak is a must. Its sayur goreng pucuk paku is exquisite. The original classic taste of its sambal udang petai or sotong remind us of the old good times eating grandmother's and kampung style cook. Honey green tea drinks is a thirst quencher. Sago santan dessert is not to be missed.

Love the scenery, very friendly & polite owner; Aunty Aini with sweet smile. Love the Nismilan Food (daytime) & delicious Western Food (dinner). We have tried both. Highly recommended.

The food. The ambiance. The facilities. The service. All deserve 👍👍👍👍

A Classic underacting cafe within a huge tree-house ( dining huts and pavements built around centuries old trees) . Original malay home recipe offered. Good western food options. Usually patronised by foreign visitors, highly recommended for guests to experience great local dishes prepared traditionally.

Definitely one of the best Malay cuisine restaurant available in the area. Must try smoked meat (daging salai) masak lemak cili padi. Even Gordon Ramsey shoot a show here.
ahmad hanis (06/12/2017 09:02)
yes, that agak-agak gordon ramsay restaurant. little pricey for local menu food.

It was my first time in Nilai and I came here for the sake of curiousity from the online review. I ordered masak lemak daging and ayam, tempoyak daun, kailan and telur dadar. There were like 5,6 small pieces of meat and small portion of chicken. The masak lemak tasted very salty. Tempoyak daun tasted really really da*n hot and telur dadar was burned. Honestly, I did not enjoy my dinner here and most importantly the price was too expensive!

Had a lovely family dinner. We were seated at the first row of tables. The environment is quite cozy and quiet which makes you feel at home. I'm not gonna go into details but overall the food was okay especially the sambal petai. Perhaps, the food portion could be EXTRA larger :-)
ahmad fadhlullah (06/09/2017 10:41)
Food is fantastic. Good place for authentic malay/minang/negeri dishes. Prices are a bit steep. Great environment for family outings/ friends gatherings. The place could do better with some upkeep though.

Food is very pricey but delicious. Very beautiful place with many outdoor and indoor seating choices. You can also seat in a personal gazebo, suitable for families and groups. Very nice and peaceful ambient. Workers are a mix of friendly makcik and foreigners.

Delicious food but service is a bit slow

Place is nice and cozy. But price is a bit deep and small portion for Rendang and spaghetti
zue Riz (08/07/2017 06:51)
Good admosphere n clean👍. A bit pricy for a small portion. Not authentic negeri sembilan cooking..😐😌
Cheik Eng Lim (09/06/2017 22:25)
Got ambience and delicious food. Service was excellent. The food is Minangkabau or more popularly known as Padang cuisine.
Su Ann Lim (29/04/2017 19:34)
Worth the 50 minute drive from KL. Aunty Aini's is a happy place, a homey eatery nestled in greenery in the kampungs of Negeri Sembilan. Love the lemak ayam, udang sambal petai, rendang and daging salai !
Noh Danial (18/04/2017 17:12)
The rendang is a must try. Nice atmosphere. But carpark can be spooky for those light hearted ones.. Bring a torch light haha
Sean Kee (08/04/2017 11:33)
My wife really like the ayam rendang....very kaw2
Ilhan Yusoff (21/03/2017 11:07)

Our favourite place. Cosy. Tasty. Should be Michelin starred. Aunty Aini herself is affable and so friendly. Such a beautiful setting for a restaurant.
Mirza Maaz Ali Baig (02/03/2017 07:51)
Absolute love, from decor to food to humbleness of none other than Aunty Aini herself. Loved the ambiance and finally tasted some authentic malay food. Definitely going back soon.
Price is quite affordable too. Although from train station to Aunt Aini, have to get a cab as there are no other services available..
Hafez Fikri Adimat (27/01/2017 01:58)
I love this place because of its landscape. And absolutely a very delicious 'patin tempoyak' it have there. The bill is quite high for me but having lunch once or two a month here is ok.
Sapuan Yusof (19/01/2017 16:30)
Aunty Aini's Garden Cafee have a good village invironment with water fall of bamboo back ground.Offer the western food good coffee and tea. With the tradistional mood give the relaxation feel cool.
Razman Zaki (10/11/2016 23:24)

danny w (28/05/2016 12:05)
Food & ambience are nice but due to too much lush of greenery don't go at evening as lots of mosquitoes looking for prey. Bring along mosquitoes repellent lotion. I didn't able to really enjoy my food & the ambient cos of the mosquitoes.
KHALID (18/05/2016 16:48)
Best restaurant in Nilai located inside a well manicured herb garden. The food (western & malay) are delicious & the price is reasonable too! Great place to dine. Overall, excellent 👍
Kit Hoong Tan (23/04/2016 16:40)
With a relatively tiny nondescript sign, you could easily miss this restaurant located beside a main road near a village. Step through the gates and you'll be presented with an unexpectedly large and beautiful garden with the fragrance of Ylang Ylang flowers permeating the air. Food here is traditional Malay cuisine with beef rendang (dry beef curry), Assam pedas (sour spicy fish soup) and various other dishes. It's authentic, spicy and very tasty. Prices are not the cheapest but still reasonable. Open for lunch and dinner service every day except Sunday I believe. Recommended
Nor'Azah Mohd Sidi (22/04/2016 06:46)
I reached the cafe at 2.25pm and the staff closed the door on my face! She gave reason that although they closes at 3pm, the kitchen closes at 2.30pm. I actually was there 5 minutes before 2.30pm!. I suggest the cafe change their operating hours as not to mislead customers!
RIZA HAZRIN (09/04/2016 21:26)
the best place to go to enjoy the authentic traditional Negeri Sembilan Malay cuisine, the owner 'Aunty Aini' is very friendly with every customer that came to her restaurant.
the food is great, worth every penny that you spent at there,
the place is great, dine in with nature because you literally eat in the garden and very suitable if you want to find a place where you can enjoy your meal in private surrounding.
