Generally many small selections of a wide range variety of products. There's a small parking lot that is 90% filled on a tuesday morning, so you'd have better luck finding parking space across the street prior to the building. Escalators only go up on one side of the building, and people descend via stairs on the other side, so it made a good flow of traffic inspite of the tight space.

Tempat favorit ini buat belanja. Banyak pilihan barangnya. Semua ada di sini. Modelnya nggak neko2, tapi komplit plit. Harganya juga masuk akal, bikin belanja jadi makin asyik. Ada tempat parkirnya juga, jadi nggak perlu bingung parkir dimana. Tempatnya juga strategis.

I love this place! Simply because this place is so nostalgic for me. This is the first department store that I've been going to. This is also (correct me if I'm wrong) the oldest department store/shopping mall in Jogjakarta. You can find various product here from daily needs to clothing and shoes. There's also an arcade games area if you're bored waiting your spouse shopping 😉

Convenient store with very affordable price. The service is quite good. The new parking area for motorcycle is now bigger.

Located at the heart of Rahayu Street. Same old department store. There's too much items sold, makes it looks messy and looks uncomfortable to see, but there are so many customers in it, makes it so crowded

Although it has been quiet old, the store still exist till nowaday. Maybe it is not as fancy as the modern shopping mall, but still it is comfortable to shop here.

They have everything such as clothes, books, cosmetics, shoes, toys, electronics, grocery, etc. I often visit here because it is located near my campus. You can use escalators to go upstairs and stairs to go downstairs. The price here is affordable. And plus in front of Gardena, you can find some Indonesian snacks such as kue pukis and martabak.

probably one of the most historic department stores in town, shopping here is complete and affordable prices, from food, home needs, clothes, suits, toys, blankets, etc. and also at the top where there are foodcourt and child play facilities, and the most special there are many kiosks kiosk culinary food in front of this place with cheap price

Gardena is a quite old store in Yogya, but this is one of the most popular store in Yogya (outside the malls) They provide almost all things we need in variative price, so you can choose freely. Their price is very good, compare to other store like this. I always come here to get my monthly groceries.

An old department store with 3 fully operated floors. 1st floor is foods and cosmetics area. 2nd floor is kids wear and toys. 3rd floor is menswear and some other stuff. Toilets located in 1st floor. This place has no basement parking, only upward escalator with stairs downward to the lower floor.

pretty crowded for department store, the aisle very narrow in some place. you can go to upper floor with escalator but go down with staircase. reasonable prices for some items

Gardena is a local departemen store in Jogja. It is the biggest and the oldest departemen store here and has the better price than other conventional departement store currently. It is not only recommend to local citizen but also for visitor from out of the city.

You can buy groceries, clothes, and make up products in one compact place. There also many food stalls in front of dept. store, in case you are hungry after shopping, you can fill your stomach with various Indonesian culinary which delicious guaranteed.

One of the oldest, if not the oldest dept store in Jogja and still crowded with customers eventhough there are many modern competitors. The building is old, but the stuffs are quite complete with moderate price.

One of the oldest shopping centres in Jogja. They've got a supemarket and Matahari in(shopping centre) here. The parking area is quite small for cars

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're tight on budget, because you can buy groceries, clothes, make up, watch, bags, office supplies, shoes/sandals, gaming and eat cheap food here in the 3 story building. Superb!
