Toilet very smelly, complaint to reception, but no one taking any action.
The smell came from the drainage, we stay for 4 days, the smell never go away.

Room bigger than another hotel with same price.
Breakfast was great and nice
The problem was my room behind mosque that every early morning cannot sleep because the sound very loud.
Swimming pool very small only for kids.
Will not come back here

Overall it's a wonderful place to stay at jogja. Near from the city center. And easy to access. We will back more and more.

clean room but a bit small.. need a glass door in the bathroom to separate the bathing area and the powder area.. parking lot is too small... the mini swimming pool is still okay for children to have fun.. good and quick service... breakfast is nice ...

Affordable price, premium bed, nice staff. But don't expect much on the breakfast. Very limited selections of food.

Was stated for 4stars but the facilities is at most 3stars. Very tiny pool and poor kids facilities (only 1 slide located next to mini pool), poor breakfast, staffs not very responsive and not helpful, i stayed during renovation so it was very noisy until 9pm (?!!!!), very close to praying house (got awake of morning prayer), quite far from anywhere (not walking distance). Not best deal of price, better look for a little more price with better service.

A nice hotel, but a bit off from the main attractions of jogjakarta. Clean n spacious room. No views from my window because of the next door wall. Facilities are very limited for a 4 star hotel, only a small swimming pool.

New built hotel in the city (2017). Near from center of attraction (Malioboro street, Sultan Palace, etc), it is only 10-15 minutes walk away. It's nice to be here..

Newest hotel on the block! Barely 2 months old, the hotel is vibrant and fresh. Great energy and located close to Malioboro. About 1 mile from the Yogyakarta Train station, so we walked. Good exercise and only took 20 minutes.
Rooms are fantastic. We got upgraded to a premium suite for free! What a way to be welcoming. Staff members are all very friendly, most of them are young and vibrant in their energy.
Small pool, perhaps they are working on a larger pool in the back as some construction is still going on. About 3.5 feet deep with a whiteboard sign that shows the pool has been checked daily for chlorine and pH levels.
Construction begins around 6AM and goes until 6PM, so be aware of that. Ask for a room that faces the street if you would like to avoid hearing the noise. We were right next to the construction zone, but the room was so nice that it really didn’t bother us. Plus, we were out exploring for most of the day.
Breakfast is from 6AM-10AM. Buffet style. Great selection of Indonesian cuisine - Bubur Ayam (create your own with the provided ingredients) Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Sauteed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) white rice and sometimes Kwetiau.
Chef is around for breakfast times. He has a great personality and makes delicious food. Their “Hypnotized Bar” carries a small selection of very-well prepared cuisine. Photos of the menu included. We got their Nasi Goreng with Ayam and a Chicken Roast with Potatoes. Their tea selection came with an incredible amount of real, fresh herbs. I’ve never seen so many herbs in a pot like that - huge chunks of ginger, Padang leaves and clove pieces.
Free tea and coffee refills at your personal mini bar in the room each day. They also supply you with free water bottles each day. I love that! Rooms are beautifully lit and they had the most comfortable work space with a wide chair that I wanted to bring back home with me.
Super comfy bed, large and perfectly fluffy pillows.
I would stay here again the next time I visit.

The staff is very nice and the food is really good. The rooms are comfortable and lovely.

Nice design lobby with a small restaurant and coffee shop. But the hallway between room with ceramic floor always make noisy sound when people go through. Plus the room is noisy.

Nice, clean, new, nearby malioboro. Easy to explore surrounding by walking. Breakfast was OK.
The only inconvenience is the hotel is being finished. The workers wandering around and very noisy from 8 am - 9 pm. But since i was not in the hotel in the time, i still can tolerate it.
Stayed in room 114, no scenery to see from the windows. And they must consider to install a towel hanger nearby the shower.
