"Thank you” is a simple phrase, but still it’s meant to show that how much i appreciate your emphaty more than you could know. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my recent hospital stay. Your kindness and patience meant so much to me.
I apologize for this long overdue thank you note – it goes out to the surgical recovery team and includes but not limited to: dr.Wydya Arsa,dr.M. Yudha,dr. Vicky HR, dr.Anita Cynthia,the radiologist dr. Indrayanto and the nurses(i hope i'm not forgeting anyone...)
You all played a key role in helping me get through a very traumatic injury.I think you are a great team and should be very proud of yourselves.
