Excellent, friendly staff and a really good breakfast. A great value and a much better option than most other hotels in town.

Stay away from this hotel at all costs! Worst hotel I ever stayed at.
Room is so filthy. First room toilet is not flushing and leaking black muddy water all over. Second room smelled like a murder scene and shower is not working. Third room bedsheets and toilet seat were missing. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. We were the only guests during our one night stay there.
There're far more better and cheaper places in probolinggo. Don't waste your money and time here.

The staff here were lovely, but the prices are very expensive. The high price could be justified if access to the pool was possible. The pool is hired out to local sporting clubs and is always full of non-guests. Better to stay at Hotel Paramita and get a hot shower as well.
