This agency is lacking a real sense of service and respect toward their customers resulting in the worst experience we ever seen in the tourism industry. We travelled a lot in south east Asia and South America but we never reached this level.
To start the drivers where driving like hell, passing lanes when trucks where coming from the other side, no respect toward signalisation, the vehicule had no safety belt. The first journey to Bromo took 14h, in the evening we had to stop at a supermarket to buy chips for diner where we passed nearby many warung on the road. The second day the bus left without 6 people after lunch, we had to tell the driver to wait. The crew never counted the number of customers.
With surprise, we stopped at Banyuwangi for the night where we where supposed to stay at Catimor. Since then there was nobody to represent the agency and take responsibilities. After a 3h sleep we woke up at 00:30am as requested by the only crew member who spoke English. The bus arrived with 1 hour delay (which would have represent 33% more sleep), we then started our journey in an oversized bus selected for a non-practical road going to Ijen, we had to get off the bus during the ascent as the bus was not able to climb the slope, driver did not speak English and could not explain the problem. Finally we arrived at 3:30am at the parking lot, we met again the guide from the agency who informed us that no gas mask will be distributed when everyone paid for it. The guide was so rude and condescending he had an altercation with one of the customer. The whole group (around 20 people) ascent Ijen with only 1 guide not speaking English who dropped the us after 30 mins. We arrived on top at sun rise and barely had the time to see the blue fires. As a result we paid 150K rp for blue fires we did not see and for gas mask we never received.
But the best part is for the return trip, The bus left at 8:10 am where it was supposed to leave at 9:00am. As the driver, who do not speak English, seems hurry to leave and did not count anyone, HE ABANDONNED US at Ijen. All our luggages where still in the bus. As there is no signal in Ijen, we had to pay 50K rp each for motorbikes to chase the bus for more than 20 Minutes. We finally reached the bus and got absolutely no apology from the driver.
At the end of the tour we tried to call the manager to complaint and get refund for the blue fires and motorbikes and got obviously no answer.
Master Holiday agency in Probolinggo is incompetent, unreliable and put their customer's life in danger.

Don't take this tour unless you have no other option! This is no personal tour. We booked with the four us and we weren't informed that we would be traveling in shuttlebus with 10 other people (the shuttle bus was fully occupied). If you come from Yogyakarta you have to leave very early and will have to eat 'lunch' in the train, which were just snacks for us. You will be picked up from the station and will be brought to the hotel at bromo. By the time you are there, the restaurants are closed and you will have to eat snacks.. again.. For the ijen you have to pay 150k extra for gas mask and local guide if you wanna do the blue fire. They told us 50k was for the gas mask and 100k for the local guide. Our group was with 16 people. The first 20 min he was there, but then he had to go back for some one else. We didn't see him the rest of the trip even though you paid more than enough for your own personal guide. When we confronted some one of the organization of how things were organized and we didn't feel that we got value for our money, he told us he would come back at us after breakfast. He didn't and drove away with his own car. Although bromo and ijen are very nice, don't go with this organization.

An actual journey will be more complete if accompanied by an experienced guide, a thing I sometimes do not get when traveling without using a travel agent. Bromo Master Holiday Answering My Doubts. Tempatny strategis yaitu jalan raya menuju bromo, suasana ruangan juga sangat nyaman, karyawannya ramah ramah ,juga bisa reservasi hotel maupun jeep di bromo, .top dech👍👌
