My best friend said he visited here recently. It's been such a long time. I have even forgotten the name of it. I took a train alone to Semarang in August 2014. I couldn't speak Java very well but successfully spent holidays for a couple of weeks with very kind host family in Pekalongan. Unforgettable seaside memories in Pekalongan!

PEKALINGAN STATION is One of the big train station in Central Java.

What else you expect from a small station? This station is match to your imagination of a small station. Nice food shops, adequate seating which covered from heat and rain. Vast parking space. Modern ticketing system as you can find in all station across java. Thanks to online booking and self boarding pass printing system. Just across the station you can find a hotel if you want. You can ride manual bike riding service or online (for a short walk just outside the station)

Almost all North java railway train will stopped here. Kaligung and Kamandaka are medium range train that always full

Getting better service. This train station is historic place. Porter, taxi services available. Very limited restaurant in the station. The place is clean and tidy.
