Best place to search for smartphone, many stores and also service center there. The price is relatively cheap than other places.

If you wanna get a new gadget then this is good choice. There's a nice foodcourt with mostly traditional menus.No cake or pasteries or bread shop as i remember.

The most biggest cellular mall in surabaya. You can buy smartphone, accessories and gadget event new or used one. Official store such as, apple store, samsung store, LG, Oppo & Vivo can find there.

The perfect place for you to discover a wide options of cellphones, with all of their acessories. You can buy the cheapest to the most expensive. There are a food court in the top level, as you see any service center with affordable price.

Tempat beli handphone dan aksesoris handphone. Banyak tokonya, untuk macam aksesoris disini menurut saya lebih banyak dan lumayan murah. Untuk harga dan kualitas handphone disini saya kurang suka karena kadang semua toko satu harga semua seperti sudah sepakat semua toko. Untuk kamar mandi masih kurang bagus dan bersih, tidak ada nursery room juga. Untuk musholla ada di dekat area parkir mobil dan motor, dan tempatnya kecil sekali, tidak terlalu bersih juga. Tukang parkir dan security kurang ramah dan sinis. Pilih pilih customer atau pengunjung.

A bit surprise after long time not going there. They made major renovation so it look more modern and cleaner than the last time i went there. Simply it's a mall which offer wide variance of smartphone and other gadget. Known for its competitive and cheapest price among others in Surabaya. But now they also provide food court with various snack and food

If you need you phone or other gadgets, this the place.
With so many choices and relatively cheap gadgets.
Other than gadgets this place have nice atmosphere food court. And if you want to make over you phone you can easily find accessories in this.

WTC Surabaya has come a long way to be what it is now. With better parking facilities and better control on unregulated cellphone sellers, visitors are guaranteed to have more comfortable shopping experience. Do not forget to check the cafetaria on the top floor! Good food, reasonable price, and great atmosphere. Now, it's more than just cellphones.

There is a newly built section. The newly built section is quite nice but the old one barely changed from years to years.. But still a great place to buy phone stuffs.. The variety of shop, and the variety of products that is sold... Matches nowhere in Surabaya. Even able to be compared to online shops.

World Trade Center (WTC) Surabaya kini sudah tak seperti dulu lagi. Saat ini WTC sudah menjelma menjadi pertokoan yang sangat modern.
Ingatan saya masih jelas ketika dulu WTC kumuh, panas, dan tidak berkelas. Ini sekitar tahun 1990-an hingga 2000-an.
Tetapi lupakan imej itu karena saat ini WTC sudah menjadi pusat gawai elektronik yang lengkap dan nyaman. Sangat nyaman.
Jika Anda ke sini, harus siap dengan serbuan para sales ponsel. :)

WTC is the best place to buy and service your phone. or buy the accessories. anything about phone, you have to come here. but, the only down thing here is a lot of people asking you to come to their store. and also you have to be smart at choosing which store to buy the phone. the new restaurant is really nice and clean. I like it.

Its not a world trade center, its a phone center haha! The phone is very reasonable at this place. Various of shops. Youll get amazed by how many stores in this building.

Good place to visit in Central Surabaya, if you're looking for handphones, mobile's accessories. They provide foodcourt and some cafes as well.

nice cozy mall at the center of Surabaya, specialized in cellular products. good for hunting new phone or repair one, but the price range is middle up. the mall itself a little bit hidden behind Surabaya Plaza, with many (scary?) street peddler asks any walking people to sell their phone on your way getting in.

the best in town for cellular needs. many outlets/stores with competitive price. it's all here, one stop shopping. you can find phones, spare parts, tools, sim cards & accessories. as well as sevice center for phone & cellular operator. and family restaurant too. happy hunting...

This place is the biggest mobile phone store on surabaya.
Here you can find various brands of mobile phones, accessories of mobile phone, spare part of mobile phone, and also you can find many tools for fix it mobile phone.
In this place also accept second hand, so you can buy or sale second hand mobile phone.
On the top floor you can find foodcourt, in here sale many kind of foods and drinks.

As a mall specialized in one thing (gadget) it's spark a big contrast from another jack of all trades mall that littered Surabaya. But as the mall consist of a variety of tenants, I suggest just stick to a more well known store/ franchise outlet. If you had to make do with the small shop, make absolutely sure that you read their store review online.

WTC is celular phone center, i can find almost all phone brand and cell phone accsories and new comming phone there. I can trade my old phone to the new one.

it is hard to navigate here, I mean inside this building. Nyaman namun bisa jadi anda masuk dan keluar di pintu yang berbeda karena semua toko dan gerai tampak sama

The most complete phone shops in town. You can find almost every phone/accessories here, even custom skins for your gadgets. But the environment isn't too cozy, a bit too crowded. If you prefer less-crowded mall to shop some phones, you can go to Plaza Marina instead, but also with less choices of phones/accessories.

If you'd like to purchase a phone here, do not stop at one store. Compare any store and show them online prices. Yes you can bargain the prices. But the layout of stores is a bit confusing and the escalators is so tight. If you use car to come here, good luck finding parking space.
