Pelayanan tidak memuaskan, bukan salah kan kalau mencoba sepatu lantas tidak jadi? Beberapa kali coba, setelah itu ditinggal pelayanan, nggak dilayani lagi.

It is the same as other sogo branches in Surabaya, but the location is in East area, that is a plus for people who live in East Surabaya. The size is a little bit smaller than in Tunjungan Plaza, but the variety of merchandise is quite the same.

Sogo is a store that sell many thing,from shoes until cap. This store was quite big enough for shopping. They sold kids,men,and women clothes too. They also quite often give sale.
