Room & Bath Roomn are clean. Room was nice. Space of the room is quite big.
Lobby is fine & comfort especially nice welcoming drink, provided hot drink.
Outlook hotel looked un properly maintained. We can see from bushes at the other side of the hotel.

For relative small city like Pasuruan, its one of the best hotel. Clean room, good service, and delicious breakfast was one of my memoreable experience

Really glad that I found this hotel during my business trip. This hotel is clean, affordable, and offer a great service for you.
There is a ballroom and a lot of meeting rooms, situated near PIER, this hotel is a perfect place to conduct meetings.

I have been stay overnight in Horison Hotel Pasuruan September, November, and Desember but I choose again to still Horison Hotel Pasuruan for New Year Holiday, because I feel cozy, relaxed, breakfast it’s very delicious, but swimming pool dirty, so far I’m really happy stay 5 night in Horison Hotel Pasuruan.

This place gives me confertable and enjoyable to spend the holiday. The room n facility also as i hope. I also like the swimming pool, all the facility there. Besides, the menu provided on breakfast is very interesting. There are also many choises of food that we can eat . But i feel need more smile from from the waiter or on the reception. Thanks.n sorry

Been some time visiting this hotel for work meeting, so I just experienced their meeting room on 2nd floor. The food is good and the price is understandable. Meeting room is also clean, cool and sound proof, but usually we always use it alone with no other group so we have the whole floor for ourselves.
I just have some bad experience before related to lunch tho. We hold our meeting on friday, but the food have not been ready even after people come back from friday praying. And it didn't come immediately either after we complained so we need to continue our meeting first before having lunch.
But for taste and variation is all good.

Very bad experience that I have today when I held an seminar in this hotel....
1. The audio didn't work properly and it oissed me off
2. A staff came into the event WITHOUT PERMISSION entering the seminar with people inside just to asked the billing !!! This is obviously there's no manner at all...
Until we complaint about this incident there's no apologize as responsible action from the front desk officer...
I have to say sorry if I gave this hotel with rating 1 as our protest....

A rather new hotel. The architecture is not very fanciful and entering the hotel you get the feeling that it is not completed as the reception area is in a bit odd place. The rooms are good, wifi free. The restaurant had reasonable food, bit small though if all guest decent on the place at once. Good parking area, helpful staff and reasonable priced. Good option to spend the night here if you are on transit as we were.

I suppose this is the nicest hotel in Pasuruan, so if you must stay in the area it's your best bet. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, however some standard amenities such as hair dryer are lacking. The a/c in the room doesn't get exceptionally cool. Although the hotel is new, common areas and some fixtures show signs of wear. There is a restaurant on site, but it's not air conditioned and a few things I tried to order from the menu they didn't have (couldn't make a cheeseburger, no peach tea, no soft drinks available though they're on the menu). Otherwise the food is okay. They also advertise a bar/lounge, but I was told it's 'not ready yet' although the place has been open almost a year, so if you're looking for a drink, you're out of luck (the restaurant doesn't offer alcoholic beverages). I'm prone to suspect it has to do with appeasing the locals and their religion, but who knows. Some of the staff speak English, all have been friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a large selection, mostly local food, but also omelets, fruit and cereal. The cable in the room has a reasonable selection of English channels, which is nice. Wifi service is good. A five night stay is a bit long if you're a Westerner (I'm here on business), but a night or two perhaps on the way to Bromo would be fine.

I think this is new hotel ya. Everything is still fresh. The room is good n comfort. The food at the restaurant is good enough. Not so crowd although the hotel is at the highway.
I just spend one night and satisfy.
The price if I’m not mistaken is Rp 500.000 for a night. I choose deluxe room. Ok...have a nice try

Horison Pasuruan is the only complete and largest hotel in Pasuruan, the facilities are complete there is spa gym swimming pool and restaurant with full menu and also friendly staff

The biggest and newest hotel in Pasuruan, Launch rate is only 456 thousand rupiah till 31st mei 2018.i stayd in room 468. if you want to swim at this time the swimming pool is ready to use only for inhouse guest. The breakfast is nice, there's an indonesian food,fruit salad,desert and live cooking in reestaurant.the menu is satisfying fo domestik people. But if youre foreign, theres only toast bread and salad. But i'sm very satisfy to stay here.

the biggest hotel in Pasuruan, with swimming pool, room rates promo already including breakfast buffet all you can eat, and comfort big bed. They have spa and gym also. Clean room, and delicious food. Large ballroom.
