Nice place to shop, hangout and look for foods. Some GoFood counter on the courtyard and many food stalls at the basement. This is one of the popular shopping place in Jakarta. It is very close to the Blok M bus station.

It was a good department store.
Now.....The crowd only in food court...
But the mosque is very good....big n nice atmosphere in there.....

My childhood mall and still exists until now. The tenant is quite complete but i dont know why there are not many people come. The food and supermarket even ace hardware are there.

One of the oldest Mall in Jakarta And I think it almost dies. Many shopping places are closed down in this place. Some parts of the Mall have minimum ac. We used to come here for their magnificent batik collection upstairs, they have a floor dedicated to batik and Indonesia's souvenirs.

This place marked as a very helpful store for peps, especially for them who lives nearly. Many cheap and grocery items are available in this place. Kalau untuk sekedar belanja disini, boleh lah. But be careful, this place is not as safe as u think. Many thieves here.

Pasaraya, been a best place for spending money years ago. But still, this place offers high quality fashion and lifestyle items with costs. What I like about Pasaraya is its foodcourt called Dapuraya. There are many traditional food with good taste.

A new concept for Pasaraya Blok M. You will see a something different market here. A traditional market combine with a modern market. You can also buy a good item with low budget here.

Great for handicraft and souvenir shopping albeit littlr pricey. But convenient. Huge selection of batiks as well especially men's batik shirts.

Place full of memories since the named of Sarinah Jaya then it change into Pasaraya until now it's my favourite place to shop and having meal with friends,family even when I'm alone 😊

In 90s this is one of the best place for "the have" to spend their money and killing time. I still remember the first time I came here and feel so luxurious and you can find out fashion, batik and hand craft here. Now days...they try to survive compete with the marketplace online store.

This place is getting better since they have the office building. The food options are many and also good coffee shops are now available here too. Parking space is a bit weird tho, they can improve that with some better arrangement like the number of parking available, otherwise you will spend at least 15 mins only to find a parking slot (in lunch time)

I gave 5-star not due to Pasaraya Blok M is the most sophisticated Mall in Jakarta. In fact, it is one of the oldest. I like this Mall a lot for its:
a. Big Masjid
This is the first Mall I've ever been in with masjid (big one) inside. The service in the masjid is also good and they are currently expanding it.
b. Variety of Shops
It has supermarket, coffee shops, sport apparels shop, toy shops, batik and handicraft shops (one dedicated floor for it), food court, cosmetics, etc.
c. Not-so-busy Visitors
Okay, this is a subjective review (mine after all anyways 🤣). The fact that there aren't so many visitors to this mall (compared to other younger malls), makes the shopping experience comfortable for me (but not good for their business, I suppose).
d. DISCOUNTS, DISCOUNTS, and MORE DISCOUNTS
As far as I can remember, every time I visit this mall, there is always SALE events. Be it toys, clothing, etc. And the discount is quite generous so, what's not to like?
e. Easy Access
The mall is located just next to Blok M Terminal. Just easy to put in destination in Google Maps before you drive there.

Easy to reach, it's near Blok M bus terminal so if you use public transportation you can go there either by bus or transjakarta. It has a huge prayer room too, very comfortable. One thing for sure the staffs aren't clingy.

This place used to be a glamorous mall. Now it's pretty quiet n not so many people come. Pretty pricey stuff in there... Food court is ok. Various foods but bit pricey. Nice building tho..

Used to be the center of trading in '90s. It lost its shine nowadays. However, the management are trying to refresh the mall again and opening several exciting café.

I visited here many times just looking for a secondhand book those you could find around 350 bookstores from novel until imported books on basement floor. Also, you can visit beautiful mosque on the up level and having futsal. It's big mall that you can find what you searching for. Recommended place with recommended price also. I love this place

A place of choice for a wide range of batik and Indonesian souvenirs inside a comfortable and clean shopping mall. There is a great food court at the basement with a great variety of Indonesian food for tourists who wants to taste original (but hygienic) and affordable Indonesian dishes.

I really love the trinkets for sale here, though remember they're all priced 3 times higher than the equivalent places you'd find them at in Indonesia. Guess that's the price for having it all under 1 roof. It's a last place shop before you leave Indonesia of you didn't pick what you wanted in jogja or Bali.

Reasonable price for good quality merchandise. Variety of restaurant makes it really perfect to spend leisure time. Easy access to everywhere makes it perfect to be a meeting point.

Love the ALatief Mosque, so clean, spacious, well-maintained. It seems the most beautiful Mosque inside a shopping mall in Jakarta.

Quiet place, quality goods in some floors, delicious food at the food court. What worries me is the soon to come transmart. Hope they won't ruin the ambience.

Love the foodcourt, Dapur Raya. And also they accomodate variety of needs, Matahari departement store, Ace Hardware, batiks and local handicrafts. Soon there will be Transmart supermarket too.

Actually it's a good shopping center with quite good selection of clothes from low to mid brand. Sadly it's underrated because it lacks of entertainment and good restaurant, so the only recommended activity here is shopping. There's a bunch of food selection at its food court, but it's just that.

Almost all things are available here. Most items to shop cloths, shoes, crafts, sports tools etc.; most menus to dine local and western foods; great mosque we can pray and follow tauziah.

This old mall is being well maintained! Keeps getting better. There is Burger King at the entrance. Very helpful.

If you're looking for traditional foods from Indonesia, this is the place. Also a great place to buy souvenirs from Indonesia. The price is a bit expensive though.

One of old departement store on South Jakarta. Building needs improvements, lots expatriate shopping here. Not really crowded.

Masjid Alatief at 5th floor, by far are the most amazing in-mall mosque i've been. Simple, tidy, and offer amazing view of south jakarta.

Yesssss, you can find anything here.. from tradional food until traditional dresses like BATIK and my favorite BATIK is in KENDEDES AREA, alot of silk and cattoon they have it all, best quality.. but im not happy with the worker, sometimes i look one of them but i couldnt find n i found them make a group n gosiping.. hope can be better now!
Oh.. i find 1 new brand with good batik and good quality "LIRIKA BATIK" (recomended) but they dont have a lot of size and always different motif.. 😔😔but its good no one have it too.. 😊😉

I prefer to visit starbuck here, besides its cozy place also the most strategic daily transit for either sport, business and cheaper shopping... oh yea at the top of this building there is nice, cozy, spacey mosque for moslems to pray ...

Salute to The Dapoer Raya concept, its the only Mall in Jakarta I can find the most complete quality Indonesian culinary. The handy craft floor is the best to recommend expatriate colleagues visiting Jakarta. Most complete, good quality selections and priced well. Safe and comfortable location. Special attention are needed to the restrooms cleanliness.
