Compare with the others maternity hospitals facility surronding, this hospital is little bit expensive. But i apreciate for the nurses, doctor, and the quiet hommy environtments. For the mothers and babies whom dont like a noisy, this place can be an alternative to choice. Please do visit/observation regarding the facility and do some little comparation. Hopefully you have a best maternity experience..

Dr fachruddin is the best ob-gyn in this hospital. But expect the very long queue if you want to consult with him. My son is born with his help and guess what? My wife wasn't feel she has been stitched at all! My daughter also born here, within the help of other doctor (women beside my wife in the labor room gone full opening first, so dr fach is busy with her, and my daughter seems doesnt want to wait), its quite a nightmare for my wife, she even asked for suppositories for the first time, because the pain she felt is unbearable. And also the pediatrician here is not recommended. Most of them is not RUM (Rational Use of Medicine). He gave my 9 days old son a Salicyl for his dermatitis atopic. Though the label said Salicyl is meant for people above 3 years old.

Para dokternya baik2...saya 2 kali melahirkan Caesar dibantu Dr. Junita Indarti SpOG dan Dr srie Enggar sp.A...para bidan nya jg sabar2.. sampe anak saya usia 12 tahun klo sakit pasti sembuhnya ke rumah sakit ini,terimakasih RS.duren tiga...😍😍😍

Service Excellence
Suatu pengalaman yang menarik ketika memberikan training Service Excellence di beberapa rumah sakit. Rumah sakit yang baru saja diberikan training Service Excellence di salah satu RS di Medan. Waktu itu, di tengah-tengah training kami juga langsung melakukan survey lapangan, mendiskusikannya di ruang kelas, memberikan konsep Service Excellence dan langsung melakukan praktek di ruang-ruang pasien dan lingkup kerja para petugas rumah sakit.
Service Excellence, sudah menjadi keharusan bagi setiap rumah sakit yang ingin memberikan layanan yang optimal bagi para pasien serta keluarga pasien. Sayangnya memang dalam praktek keseharian, masih banyak hal-hal yang harus dan terus diperbaiki dalam perbaikan dan peningkatan Service tersebut. Beberapa masalah service yang sering terjadi di rumah sakit antara lain adalah: kecepatan dalam pelayanan oleh para front liner (sejak mulai kedatangan pasien dan keluarga pasien ke RS). Penangan pasien mulai dari IGD sampai ke ruang perawatan (jika rawat inap). Pada saat/masa perawatan pasien selama berada di RS (mulai dari pergantian petugas/perawat, visite dokter, layanan makan dan obat). Begitu juga ketika pasien menyelesaikan administrasi dan kepulangan. Begitu banyak/panjang proses layanan yang terjadi, masing-masing proses dan prosedur mengandung banyak potensi untuk tidak dilaksanakannya service yang memadai.
