You can always booked in advanced via the website and pick your fave chairs.
Starium absolutely the best studio.
Bit expensive, but hey it's in the center of Jakarta.
Fish ball is my fave snacks for accompanying the films.

Bioskop dengan kualitas cukup high end. Pilihan jenisnya banyak mulai dari normal 2D, 3D, 4D, hingga 4D+. Terdapat ruang tunggu yang luas dengan sofa dan kursi. Memiliki tempat penjualan suvenir dan toko roti dan snack. Harga relatif sedikit lebih mahal dibanding bioskop di mall lain.

Seriously. I would prefer XXI.
The restroom does not have tissues near the sink.
The Audi studio, doesnt gave me a world of sound arround me nor the bass to passed my body.
The snacks, i love french fries. Along with my son and daughter. But the packaging is seriously not fun. Get 3 and you need 3 hands to carry too. No take away package that i can put 3 fries in single bag/plastic!

Love the atmosphere. All the studio was had a beautiful sound effect (y) Last time watching the Avengers the infinite war at starium with a very large screen. Amazing.....

I prefer to watch 4DX movie here. The place is nice and has many chairs in the lounge area. You can find Tous Les Jours here which is provide you some delicious bread to enjoy before, while, or after watching the movie. Your phone will out of signal instantly after you enter the studio. So, you'll seldom find sucks people who still see their phones when the movie played.

The screening experience is good, and they have a 4D movie (where the chairs are moving and stuff). Better get your tickets online and order your snacks somewhere else because the lines are way too long and their IT system keeps breaking.

Love this space. The area is big, as spacious as it can be, so it won't get too crowded even if you have significant amount of people there queuing or just hanging out waiting for movies. Very cozy and contemporary design, lots of good snack foods options for movie watching, and the super huge mall is only 1 escalator away. Good location!

A very nice place to enjoy and watch movies. They have 4DX, Gold Class, Velvet Class and Starium Class auditorium. They also have ZR-X, a virtual reality game room.

Best place to catch a 4DX movie in Jakarta! Great sound system, plush seats and it simply feels cozy in here. Watched Star Wars the other day and I was blown away at the way the seat moves in sync with every flight scene ( so many of them!). The regular theater's audio is not as good as XXI : it sounds too artificial and off. The starium studio is slightly better for only Rp 5000 more and that's probably the lowest you should go. Will be trying out the Gold and Velvet theater.

CGV grand indonesia, Great range of movies especially with special event during movie special festival, offers movies that are not eligible in any other cinema. great choices of movie experience such Gold, Starium, ScreenX, 4DX and Velvet. great service, easy online ticketing with affordable price. the seat is not quite comfortable comparing to other competitior.

Hands down one of the best cinemas in town (it rhymes!). They offer different types of cinemas to suit your needs. You can choose the sweetbox (cubicle for 2pax) or velvet (bed for 2pax) cinemas when you want to have QT with your SO. Starium's screen and audio system are best suited for epic action (sci-fi for me). And of course, 4DX - cheap thrill for when you're bored, just leave the popcorn to the regular cinemas..
Staffs at CGV GI are also pretty friendly and know what they're doing.. F&B there are standard cinema food, but you can bring outside food (as long as it's not a bucket of KFC lol) - and that's why i love this joint!
Ticket prices range from 50k - 140k IDR depending on which cinema selection you choose. You can get tickets easily from their website or 3rd party websites/app!

It's a good and comfy cinema with various movie shows. Located in Grand Indonesia, one of the biggest shopping mall in the centre of Jakarta.

Great place to watch, coffee break in Tous les Jours or just for a quick snack. Their Premium Lounge also provides classic but recommended! Their classic Fish n Chips is definitely high recommended! They even available for special request on beverages, such as less sugar or less ice. But above all, their waitresses are very kind and helpful. I would love to visit in many times, but they need to improve their connection, at least we customers can make calls or texting inside the entire hall of CGV.

CGV has a standardized theme and facilities for all their theater. This CGV has a nice decorative addition here and there. But while we know that renting Lot in Grand Indonesia could (or definitely) expensive, the ticket price shouldn't be that high.
Well at least the movie selection is great :)

Really awesome movie theater. They show English movies too. Very nicely designed. If you get the chance watch a movie in the velvet theater - you lie in an actual bed with a blanket!

This is one of the biggest cinemas in Jakarta which has more than 10 theaters inside. The cinema has Korean rustic style for its interior and the costume for its workers. The cinema also has specialty to play unusual movies, like from Bollywood, Taiwan, European, or even indie movies that can be played in other cinemas.

Possibly the most complete CGV Blitz Cinema chain in Indonesia. Great atmosphere and always up-to-date selection of movies. Sometimes you can watch early premiere of asian (eg. Japanese) movies there, before they spread across Indonesia, with a premium price.

One of the best cinemas in Jakarta. CGV Blitz Grand Indonesia has almost everything that you need to enjoy a movie. You can many varies of snacks, such as popcorn, hot dog, etc. and you can even have breads from Tous Le Jours bakery inside the cinema. There are also many sitting places available to wait for your movie time. Moreover, you don't have to queue long for a ticket because there are many manual cashiers and automatic cashiers available here.
Overall, I really enjoy watching movies here and I recommend you to try it also.

The shopping mall itselfs (Grand Indonesia) is one of the luxurious mall in Jakarta, but the CGV Blitz located on the top floor is not really a nice place to hang out. The ambience is dark, and compare to the its competitor (21 Cineplex) CGV Blitz has less nice & cheerful surrounding.
But the movies are good, CGV Blitz offers many types of classes you can enjoy

The place is great, but its located on 8th floor and the 1st floor is on 5th floor, I have to find elevator one to another cas there's no elevator straight to that floor.
