A bit slow, but the bank is quite resourceful compared to other banks as it is an international bank.

Expire Debit card without notification via sms or online account. Debit card took more than 3 weeks. Online bill payment does not include Progresif Cellular. Hotline Calls verification asked too many questions like account and passport numbers (who would remember them).
Do not update debit card application status in centralized database. Inefficient bank - as it implies - only a standard local bank - not outstanding local bank.

The machine for printing out credit card redemption voucher is not working. On line application also technical error, machine also out of order. For the person who came all the way from Tutong is very difficult. I requested the reception girl at Gadong priority banking section to raise this issue up, but never got back to me. What a service.
