Not coming to stay here again. The room is still not ready at 2.35pm. Given coupon to wait at the lounge but the lounge is closed. Hotel lobby full of tourists & no place to sit at all. Got to wait for the room at the nearby cafe. Lousy hotel although it is strategically located next to the jetty.

The biggest hotel at Semporna. During my stay here, they only charge me RM130 per room on promotional basis. There's a swimming pool here. Sea view is very beautiful from my window.

Seafest Hotel is next to the beautiful sea view. There's a jetty nearby. So if you come back to Semporna town from island hopping you can stop at Seafest jetty and then staying here. There's several restaurants nearby Seafest, 2 seafood restaurants, 1 muslim restaurant run by Indian owner and scuba diving shop that sells scuba and snorkeling gear.

Come to eat at their restaurant but the service terrible poor. You've to wait more than 40minutes to get your food. For a 3 star hotel, this aren't acceptable.

Simple, dated hotel but probably the best in the area. The breakfast only caters for Asian tastes.

Room are good, spacious, and no bad smell.
Thier receptionist is nice and make us feel welcoming. Kak Tina, the one who incharge for the f&b at the seafood restaurant there and her crew giving us the best treat n service. They are very friendly in infomative bout the seafood sold there. The uncle who panggang2 our prawns and shells is a 'must-meet-chef' there, a cool uncle there.
However, the sales manager who sit in the office there dissapoint us. No smile and less manner when entertain us as a guest/client there. Yet she's the manager there who got bad attitude but the staff hold under her there treat us better.
Because of thier friendly staff at the seafood restaurant, we give seafest hotel 5 star. Thier seafood are superb!

Dated looking rooms but location is right beside the jetty if you have trips to islands. Loved the fried rice from the Lepa Cafe.
Be wary of bed bugs in the room.

We went there for a drink... slow service, waitress spilled part of our drinks as well. But the place has a nice view...

Difficult to find a room not smoked in.
Buffet breakfast is huge and has everything you could imagine.

If you want a family vacation this would be the comfort and great hotel to stay in... It also has a sea and diving shop around by.. Check it out..
